      Ordered this face mask at the ********* store because I wanted to make sure I would be able to order the correct item.Initially, I had intended to order a mirrored mask to replace my clear "stock" mask, but the excellent sales person there showed me 3 options, which I was very pleased to see, because I ended up choosing a blue mirror mask to match my blue ************ it! It's also nice to be able to shop around and "explore" the various and different items in person...not to mention try things out for size.

      I decided to order a jacket (online) to match the pants I had bought (in store). Initially, I was extremely disappointed because the jacket I received was the wrong brand wrong color, and wrong size. The customer service person kinda laughed it off and said the RevIt was a better quality than the Sedici; NOT in my opinion! I had to box it up and take to a *** store to return. Today, I received the jacket I ordered and I love it.

      I placed two orders. One for a Fox motocross helmet and the other for a Fox hoodie. I never received a email confirmation. I called a couple of days later and spoke to someone and still did not get an email. The helmet was delivered to the wrong address but the person thoughtfully brought it to me the next day. The hoodie arrived on time but was much smaller than it was supposed to be and had to be returned. **************** is ok but definitely not great. I think Ill stick to shopping in the store.
