      Received my entire order, Gerbing 12v heated jacket liner, gloves, pants, socks, battery connection dual and remote controller.Pants liner and socks were order based on the size chart and both were too small. returned and received next size up... pants are much better. very easy return process. Socks are still too small, return in process.I wear a 9.5 size shoe equivalent to large socks. I could not get half of my foot them in the large. Ordered the next size up XL: size10-12'ish and still VERY tight. XXL are on their way, I hope they fit. Shipping and return process works very well and helps me get over the frustration of the poor sizing charts.*** remainder of the Gerbing gear works great so far.

      I love these guys/gals. I'm working with their ****** store and they've always been very knowledgeable, informative, and helpful. The gear suggestions they've made have really added to my motorcycle riding - much more comfortable, safer, and enjoyable. I look forward to a long relationship with them.

      Ordered the Cardo Neo Packtalk double pack for me and a ****** I chose to ship it to store on *******************. In ********** **, came in a day early! Which is always a good feeling. The employees were super helpful and hooked up the Cardos to our helmets in like 15min! They gave us a quick rundown on how they worked and answered some questions me and ***** had. Two thumbs way up for customer service here.
