    On 12-15-21, I entered into a Solar Panel Contract with Imperium Solar to install 30 QCELL DUO -400 solar panels . The project was completed in March, 2022 approved by *********** on 4-7-22, metering started 5-11-22. Instead of installing 30 Q Cell panels, 37 SILFAB ************************************************** approval of homeowner. I received multiple notifications of *************** Construction Certificate deficiency notifications beginning in March 2023 through October 2023. Imperium deliberately submitted false Final As-Built Technical Worksheets that were rejected by the ** ADI ******** They also resubmitted a Request to Increase System Size on 3-23-23 because previous fraudulent submissions to the state . In less than 1 year, these inferior panels are producing 20 % less energy in 2024 as compared to similar months of the previous year. Imperium has been unresponsive to multiple requests to inspect the system and take corrective action.

    On April 19, 2023, ************* and I entered into a legally binding settlement arrangement regarding this matter; therefore, this matter has already been legally settled. The binding documents were validated via email, which was over seen by my attorney. The agreed upon settlement amount was $1,608.00, which was paid to ************* and cashed by him on 05/04/2023 (See attached). In his settlement statement, he states, "I am proposing that, instead of Imperium accepting financial responsibility to replace the solar panels and hire a roofer to make all roof repairs and replacement materials necessary, that we agree to the following...". His proposal was accepted on April 19, 2023 and his cashing of the settlement payment solidifies the settlement arrangement and holds Imperium forever harmless in this matter - The agreement is binding.  Additionally, ************* is very well aware, in regards to his concerns, that ************* the sub-contrator who installed his project, is the true responsible party in this matter and he should turn his attention onto them for any further concerns he has.

    Additionally, ***************** accusations are false. We had communicated with him regarding his concerns; he just didn't like our answer, which showed him that his system IS NOT underproducing, but in contrast is OVER-PRODUCING. There are no alerts on the performance of his system, which is what we measure when it comes to system operations and production as per our warranty agreement. ************* was told that if we wants an assessment done to his system, there would be a cost since there are no alerts or issues found. Please see attached documentations showing that we HAVE been in recent communications with him and showed him his production report with supporting evidence.
