5 starsOur solar system was installed in 2017 by a company that has since gone out of business and, starting in late 2022, we noticed our solar production dropped off drastically. Then, about 6 months ago in early 2023, we developed a leak in our roof and put drip pans in the attic to capture the rainwater. When we contacted Teresa at Imperium Solar, the replied back right away (on a weekend) and had a tech on site the next week for an appraisal. It seems some animals had caused the damage to the solar panels wiring and chewed a hole in the roof as well. The end result was that Imperium repaired the roof, replaced damaged micro-inverters and installed a "critter fence" around the solar array perimeter bringing our solar production back up to previous levels. In short, we were very impressed with the professionalism of their lead tech Mike and would highly recommend Imperium to anyone in need of solar panel service and/or repair. 5 starsImperium Solar has been extremely helpful in helping me apply for the SREC 2 program with NJ after my Solar installer had screwed up the application and abandoned me on this.
Stay away from Hytek Energy in Levettetown PA. as you will be on your own after your install is completed.
Teresa from Imperium has been very responsive in with communications with me.
I wish I knew of this company before I bought my system as I would have used them. Appointment.
