  They did a very bad job in November and I wanted it fixed and they said that I was harrassing them and wanted an apologize. They replaced one panel of my 4 pane bow window that had moisture in the middle and left with it full of caulking on the glass inside and out. They had done 2 other panes in August and there was a little caulking on the outside but I clean that myself. The job in Nov, was so bad that I could not get it all off. A man named Albert called me after I had left several messages and said he would come and clean it. He also told me that some jobs might not always be perfect. I told him if I paid for something I wanted it perfect. He said he would come the next day, but never showed up. I called and left a message (they never answer their phone, you have to leave messages) I said that I was tired of dealing with them and was going to call the local TV Investigation site and let them handle it. When they called the business Albert told them that I was very rude to him and he would not come and clean the window unless I called and apologized to him. Also I went to clean the 2 panes that they installed in August and already they are foggy in the middle. Also in August they charged me $25 to measure each window when they only had to measure one because they are all the same size. When I called in Nov, they again wanted to charge me to measure the window and I told them to look up the Aug. bill and the would see the size and did not have to measure again. I realize now that I should have checked to see if they had any complains listed.. When I checked after this problem there are many bad reviews for this company
