      I keep placing orders through Zuppler for food at *********** by the sea. After confirmation is received, they upcharge items, then credit, then upcharge again; creating multiple transactions for one order. This is all done after confirmation and without my consent. This has happened at least 5 or 6 times and it is criminal. An item they charged me for, in an adjustment is only $18 and they charge me $20 plus tax.This has got to stop. It is criminal.

      This website claims to put in food orders for you, but the restaurant says they have no affiliation with them and they do not receive any of the orders sent. I reached out for a refund and they gave a canned response to seek a refund from the store directly, which makes no sense. The store confirmed they believe this is a scam and should be reported.

      This customer placed an order with a restaurant that is managed by a third party that we partner with. This is commonly done in the industry but does mean that occasionally the restaurants are not familiar with our business, only the party that directly manages them. This is likely why the restaurant informed the customer that they were not aware of us. Our agreement with this particular management company (** ******* ****), is that we must seek approval from them before we can issue a refund. They initially refused the refund, however after some further communications, they have agreed and the order has been cancelled and refunded and the customer will see that refund in 2-3 business days.

      On February 26, I placed an order for a restaurant called ** **** using Zuppler. After being told by the restaurant this order would be refunded upon cancellation, they stated they could not find my order and to call Zuppler which I did but they never called me back. I will need the funds back for this unfifilled order or I will have to dispute this with my bank. My order ID is ********

      - date of transaction: 10/6/22 - order number ******* Order# **f06e98 - order number zuppler: **** - we ordered delivery but it never arrived - never received a call to indicate an issue - called the restaurant after waiting 2.5 hours and they said it had never been picked up - called zuppler multiple times over an 1.5 hour timeframe asking for a refund, but they would not pursue it. Saying that they were waiting for an update from the restaurant - from our previous call we already knew the status and told them, but they were adamant about waiting for a callback - we asked if they had a process for if they never get a call back and they didn't indicate there was one in place - a large amount of the payment went toward delivery fees and tips, which was never completed and is now moot due to the amount of time - so we'd like a full refund for the order amount and delivery fees ($87.26)
