      Ordered food through Zuppler and received water down, disgusting food, items were missing, and an additional charge was added to my order that said I had added items. When I reached out to customer service they said there was a charge for $2 more per special because I ordered after the "discount hours" yet the additional charge was for nearly $12 more. I will be warning people about this service and to NOT use Zuppler. Beware!

      Good Afternoon,
      I am writing to inform your company of an issue with an order that was placed from Wingstop on Sunday, September 25 at or around 1500. The expected arrival time was 1630-1640. I was first advised of Wingstop's price change on their food item by your computer. At 1640 I didn't receive the order as expected. I called your company and was advised that my order was not going to be delivered until 1930. I then decided to go to Wingstop and inquire about my order and was told they never received it. I called your company to cancel my order for the scam issue and to ensure a full refund would be issued. I was also told by your computer that an item wasn't available to later find out that the item was actually available. This company is an scam and will be reported!

      Avoid Zuppler, they are just horrible. They aren't even an actual delivery service. They just take your order and pawn it off on some other unknown delivery service. I waited 2 hours for an order that was supposed to arrive within 45 min. Customer service was unhelpful. They lied and said they tried calling me yet I have no missed calls. Supposedly the restaurant opened late. Maybe if you actually had called me I wouldn't be upset. The food got here so late I didn't even get to eat it because I had to leave. It was a sandwich, which probably won't be edible by tomorrow's lunch because I am sure it will get all soggy and gross from the veggies and condiments on it... So I basically just wasted about $30 on a sandwich and small bag of chips that probably won't get to be eaten.
