    My experience with JW Surety Bonds was expectional thanks to Kimberley L*******! Kimberley is very knowledgeable with the ins and outs on bonds. Her professionalism was A1, her personality is so bubbly which made it easy for me to communicate with her. Kim is very prompt with responding back via email or phone. Kim walked me step by step throughout the whole process, and I'm pleased to say I'm offical!!! There is definitely a shortage on good people left in this world, but KIMBERLEY L******* is hand picked!!!

    I'm Anthony Burris Owner/CEO of Invested Logistics. I was introduced to Mrs. Kimberley Lightcap through a mutual connection. I'm a retired Command Sergeant Major (Army) Veteran w/ 23 years. I decided to take on the journey of starting a Freight Brokerage, as we know starting something new can be scary. Enough about me, JW let me tell you about you're amazing Sr. Executive Kim. She was nothing short of stellar. She guided through the process in every step. She has the knowledge of a dictionary when it comes to this industry, her professionalism, and business approach made it easier and relaxed in making the right decision in choosing JW Surety. Someone of her caliber was remarkable to conversation in engage in the right plan for me. I had reached out to other Surety bond agencies, and the difference maker for me was Kimberley.     I don't even know where to start! One of the best customer service experiences I've ever had thanks to Kimberley Lightcap which is rare nowadays! If can rate more than 5 stars I would! and here is why. As a startup brokerage firm Kimberley Lightcap was outstanding from start to finish, she is very knowledgeable and patient and is always willing to go the extra mile for you. She walked me through the whole process while even being on the phone with me and really fought for me to bring forth the best price according to my circumstances (credit). Not to mention she even shared some tips on how to increase my credit score and keep it healthy! Kimberley always replied to me in a promptly manner via email and answered my phone calls asap whenever I had questions even though some of my questions were repeated, she didn't mind! She always made sure I was comfortable and understood the breakdown of obtaining a surety bond. If anyone is looking for a surety bond go with JW Bonds and please ask for KIMBERLEY LIGHTCAP she is really for the people.     I have found JW Bond Consultants to be a top notch company to work with; prompt, efficient and very professional.
    Julia McCleery was exemplary when it came to spotting a tiny error I had made in an application this year, and were it not for her attention to detail it might have been overlooked. Her attention to detail is what seems to be missing in so many other businesses today.
