    Gabrielle “Gaby” L********* was very helpful and knowledgeable in helping me secure a surety bond for my freight brokerage. She even provided guidance on handling my surety bond termination with another company. When I reached out to her to discuss my quote, she was simultaneously handling a very sensitive and urgent family matter and helping me. I wanted to give her the space she needed to handle such matters, but she assured me that she just needed a moment to firm up a few things and would give me her undivided attention. She did just that and was even vulnerable enough to provide a bit of surface level information regarding the matter. I prayed for her after our call because I know firsthand how taxing it can be to have competing personal and professional obligations. If the pandemic has taught us anything, it’s that, we could all use a bit more humanity in human relations. Although the quote I received was less than half of a quote I received from another company, it was Gaby’s personable attitude, knowledge, and willingness to help that made me move forward in securing my surety bond with JW Surety.
