    My apartment of $2785 from ***************** was a luxury unit that i had struggled finding a tenant for, until i came across Takeoverlease.**. The agent name ***** had spent about ********************************************************************************************************* a tenant. It sounded too good to be true at first, because i thought it was impossible.However, one week into the process, I did not hear anything from then, but then ***** called me and asked if i can increase the incentive for someone highly interested. I put up $500 gift card incentive for a tenant and the person came over, applied with my landlord AND gotten all approved. Wow! That was simple.Thank you for your help and professional consultation. I have already recommended your service to my brother-in-law in *****. Please be kind to help him, when he calls.
