Every single time Ive had a minor issue with my apartment the staff responded quickly and got it taken care of. Even the times I expressed it wasnt pressing and no need to rush. Just today I put in a request around 10 am because my thermostat was giving me trouble, *** came in around 1 and got it taken care of super quickly. Ive been renting from this company for 2 1/2 years and havent had a bad experience yet.

VERY MISLEADING & Money Hungry!! If you decide to rent from them - try to ask for your lease BEFORE you sign the "application fee" and pay money. If the don't let you, that alone should be a red flag for you.. I paid over $500 to hold my potential apartment..after , I received all of the lease agreements and I did not agree with how they listed the charges for bills.. I asked for a refund and they told me that it was all non refundable. Even if , like me, decided you no longer wanted the place. Lesson learned. Also in the lease, they aren't responsible for ANYTHING in the apartment if something happens that is out of your control. In addition, any temporary improvements you make to the place, it's now THEIR property. You are not allowed to do any maintenance on your own vehicle while parked there. There are simple things you aren't allowed to do without written consent from the landlord. The lease also stated that you do your own repairs and they can determine what a small repair is and isn't( they charge you if they don't deem it a small repair) This company is very money hungry. The photos also did not match the apartment I seen ( it was a very dated place) Find somewhere else to live.

This is in regard to the Queensbury apartments property, I cannot speak for other property managers or properties - however, my experiences warrant recognition. ** has been the most pleasant and helpful property manager Ive ever experienced. From day one, his communication and professionalism were great, always replying quickly and being flexible with our long distance move. Ive not had any interactions with Lobos outside of AJ, but I can confidently say that he represents the company very well.

This is a horrible company to work for and rent from! I have a relative that worked for this company and he was treated horribly! The owner is very unprofessional, argumentative, dishonest, accusatory, and is very belittling to women! He also encourages his employees to go online and write excellent reviews because he is absolutely aware of the poor ratings. He does nothing to update the properties or keep them in fair condition. I would never rent from a man/company that gives their employees no holidays off because of his own religious beliefs and treats his employees the way he does! If his own employees do not matter neither will his tenants! The apartments are way overpriced, a lot of them have no air and are very trashy looking. There are plenty of decent places to rent in the area with property management companies that actually care about people. Do not settle for way below average!

I rented from Lobos in Bridgeville for 3 years. The only thing about them I can really say positive is that the maintenance people are prompt and nice when an issue arises. Beyond that not much else positive can be said. Over the course of the 3 years I was there nothing was done to improve the building whatsoever and it just slowly slipped more and more. The parking lot had so many holes getting to a parking spot was like navigating a maze. The building was supposed to be secure but the front and rear doors were either left unlocked 24 hours a day or the locks broken by people who broke into the building having forgot their keys etc. Water bills are split over the entire building and the billing has no rhyme or reason to it. My monthly bill fluctuated anywhere from just under $50 to over $150 for the entire 3 years back and forth. I was one person living alone so it made no sense. I have video of when I moved in vs when I moved out and I left the place cleaner when I left than it was when I came. I even paid carpet cleaners to clean the apartment. They still decided to charge me $165 in cleaning fees on top of what I paid to have it done. They are what you would expect from a stereotypical dishonest property management company. I would never rent from them again and I'm simply glad it's over at this point.

DO NOT RENT! I wish I could give ZERO stars...Please listen to these reviews before moving in, I wish I did. This is the WORST management group I have every come across. They absolutely do not care about their tenants and the amount they charge for rent is too high for the HORRIBLE service/maintenance they provide. I have called several times asking what I can do about a $250+ electric bill due to the Electric Company telling me its due to an old unit. The maintenance man went on to tell me it's a privilege to have air conditioning in **, if that's what they believe they shouldn't advertise that they offer it. Maintenance came to fix my shower and left it a complete mess, while cursing the whole time he was there. I sent pictures to the company, and they didn't even care to respond. I had to go out and buy new bathroom rugs. bathmat, and shower curtains. Save yourself some massive headaches and STAY AWAY!

I've had nothing but bad experience with Lobos management during my time renting. I reached out via email on 4/27/22 to inquire about my rent renewal as my lease was expiring on 6/30. This was 60+ days in advance. My initial emails went unanswered. I called on a couple occasions only to be redirected, have my call dropped, told they're running behind and backed up. On 6/24/22, I received an electronic lease renewal with no explanation. They increased my rent and informed me I had 60 days to respond. I declined to resign my lease on the next business day, 6/27/22. I was out of my apartment by 6/30/22. About a month later, I receive an email to my new address with an explanation of check out. I lost my deposit for "failure to give 60 days notice" despite my efforts to get the renewal prior to 60 days per the lease. I did my responsibility by inquiring more than 60 days prior and they failed to provide the renewal within that time period. They also tagged an unpaid water bill for $60.38 and the final water bill for $50.05. Their water bill lags behind, so I do believe that I owed some, but my water was never more than $35-40. It's apparent that the final bills is inflated and comparing it to other tenants prices (since water was split among residents) would reflect that. I will never rent or recommend Lobos to anyone. A simple Google search of "Lobos ********** ******" will provide different forums of other people experiencing the same, similar, or even different issues with Lobos. A class action lawsuit needs to occur. What they're doing is unethical and since the cost of attorney and court fees outweigh the money lost, it's not worth pursuing financially.
