      My experience with *** ******************* was extremely disappointing, and I would not recommend renting with them.When I moved into my unit, it was clearly not professionally cleaned there were food wrappers left behind, and the floors were covered in an oily residue. Despite this, I was charged a professional cleaning fee when I moved out, even though I thoroughly cleaned the apartment myself.Maintenance was another major issue. My dishwasher was broken for three months, and every maintenance request I submitted was marked as complete without anyone actually addressing the problem. The heating system was also dysfunctional the apartment stayed at a constant 92F and was never repaired, despite multiple reports.On the rare occasions maintenance did show up, they once failed to fully close and lock my apartment door, which left me feeling unsafe and frustrated.I wish I had seen the earlier negative reviews before signing a lease many of which have since been removed. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise looking elsewhere. I recommend considering ******** instead, as they offer a much more professional and responsive rental experience.

      I also am have a problem with my deposit from *** . The office manage was so rude and abrupt when tiring to talk with her . Gave me a number to call some one about the problem and she was the one that answered the phone . This was the apartment in **. I will be taking legal action. If the women on the phone would have been nice and show me that they got a fine for a mattress left near the dumpster for $200 l would go to the town. When calling the town it is a $30 charge but they have not bill the complex for that .

      TLDR: NRM is a predatory property management company and will not return your security deposit even when consistently contacted.My experience with NRM Properties was more or less fine until it was time for my deposit to be returned. If there was maintenance needed and you consistently called NRM they would eventually send someone over in a not timely manner. When our lease ended, my roommate and I were both charged an extra month of rent, taken directly out of our checking accounts. Upon calling NRM, we were told this amount would be returned with our security deposit. 30 days after moving out I reached out since no money had been returned to either of us. I was told I could expect a check in the mail that would be sent out in the following days (our lease ensured the deposit would be returned WITHIN 30 days). I was told they needed my forwarding address only when I reached out to them after the return window had ended on our lease. It has now been two weeks and I haven't received any communication. When I try to call their office during the work week I'm constantly sent to voicemail under the premise that "the office is closed today." I'm now looking into taking legal action in the form of a class action lawsuit as I'm more than confident my roommate and I are not the only ones who NRM is trying to steal from.This post will be listed in mutiple locations in the case legal action will be taken.
