There is a trend where they claim fraudulent activity, and then never send you a replacement card. You call and call only to encounter rude and hostile and incompetent employees. Is this a money laundering business? This place cant be a legit bankFirst National Bank of PA

$.** **** fee to transfer money. $5.00 minimum to transfer money. Other bureaucratic hurdles abound. Website looks like it was created in the early 2000s. To close an account, you need exactly $0 in the account. They won't send you a check. Terrible user experience.First National Bank of PA

********** ever. No matter what branch I go to they have the slowest tellers ever. Waited at the window for 18 minutes before. Cashed a check today. Was the first person in line, never asked how I wanted my money, it took 8 minutes for the transaction and I was the only person. When I got my money they had given me a $2 bill. Who does this. Switching banks ASAP, tired of dealing with them.First National Bank of PA

I dont know how this company ever got a charter to operate a bank. Every single process is hamstrung with unnecessary process that complicate the simplest transactions and frustrates its customers banking needs. There is nothing in its operation to recommend it to consumers, I can see why its not BBB accredited.First National Bank of PA

I hate this bank. They dont tell the truth about Zelle payments. One time its immediately available, the next time it goes through as a credit and its not available until the next day. Now i have to deal with an overdraft fee when a Zelle payment was sent well before any cut off time, from another first national bank customer. And before the auto reply tells me to call customer service, customer service cannot help me with this matter. The most they can do is redirect my call to my home branch. The last time I asked the ****** ****** to refund me over THE SAME thing (this has happened several times), the manager promised to look into it for me and then ignored me. Its such an underhanded way to make a profit off of someone. If it wont be available until the next business, tell us, so we have the time to make it the bank.First National Bank of PA

The bank can't get their story straight on the hold time when depositing large checks. On 11/4/2024 I deposited two large checks issued to me by a large NYSE listed company. The teller told me there would be a 5 day hold. On 11/9/2024 I logged into my online account and it showed the hold would be until 11/12/2024, which is a 7 day hold. When I called the customer service 800 number they told me that the hold would be 10 days. When I asked whether they could tell me if the bank had received funds from the issuer of the check they told they could not but the branch could. The ******************************************************************************************************************************* my account. I then went to the branch which denied they had the ability to tell when the funds where collected and were not able to give me the document about the hold that the 800 number folks said I should have gotten. I called the 800 number when I returned from the branch and was told that the hold could go beyond 10 days. So have been told 5, 7, 10 and 10+ days by ***. What do I think of ***? Not much.First National Bank of PA

Horrible!!! They screwed my daughter over big time, repossessed her car over $800 and wanted almost $4000 to get it back , knowing she could not come up with it in 2 weeks, so now they will auction her car for cheap and still expect her to pay the $16000 loanFirst National Bank of PA

HORRIBLE customer service and even worse record keeping. If you open a loan with this bank you're simply screwed unless you're wise enough to payoff and/or move the loan somewhere else which I'm working on right now. I'm assuming this bank is on its way to going under like all the other banks that don't honor or care about great customers. I'm probably wasting my time even writing this review because this bank isn't even BBB accredited which says a lot. I'm giving one star because we're forced to select a star, but the reality is they don't even deserve the one star.First National Bank of PA

Would never finance anything thru them again. My parked car was totaled and my insurance and gap insurance paid it off in full in a timely fashion on their end. However on the banks end they refused to help retrieve documents needed to submit to the insurance and gap insurance in a timely fashion and turns out they are still charging interest on a loan that was to be completly paid off due to dragging their feet on their end.First National Bank of PA
