    My mothers gravesite was to be ready for burial at 11am following a 10am mass. When myself and our family and friends arrived we found an open hole in the ground half full of muddy water and an orange traffic cone. There was a pile of mud, dirt, and grass heaped in a pile next to the hole. One of the workers stated, Its just a cremation. Another worker used a cut up Pepsi bottle to scoop water out of the hole. The priest was beside himself apologizing to everyone and encouraged people to call the ***** Its a shame that if you want to be buried in a Catholic cemetery in the Diocese of Pittsburgh you cant avoid dealing with this organization. They will nickel and dime you to death, literally. Buy your headstone elsewhere.

    Lawncare is subpar, crews don't use leaf blowers to remove grass cuttings over the flat surfaces of all headstones, often don't trim around headstones. Mower blades set so low that often cut down to soil, leaving bare patches. Recent new grave excavation left deep gouges in surfaces, on top of adjoining ****** and use of oversized backhoes left ********* tracks from paved cemetery road across all ****** leading to the newly opened grave. Condition of paved cemetery road crumbling and initially just filled with loose gravel and lately filled with cold-patch that quickly crumbles.
