      Aspen dental is the worst for dentures. I am making payments on $5000.00 dentures that the bottoms do not fit! I went back on three occasions and by the 3rd visit was told I would need implants on my bottom gums and implants on the bottom denture was all they could do and I could charge them for another $5000.00! Needless to say I hardly wear them and before they were 2 years old one of the teeth in the bottom denture had come out! When I called customer service they were rude and said the dentist had the final say so!! My mistake,I should have sued them and still may!! I do not know anyone that has paid this much for dentures!!! Aspen dental is a rip off!!

      Bad customer service and rude reception staff at their ************* ** office. They deserve 0 stars. When I call them to make appointment for my teeth cleaning, then keep hanging up on me. If you don't want to bring new patients, you should tell us that from the beginning. You bring us to your office for X-rays and normal checkup, then you charge our insurance a lot of money. What you care is only money, not treating patients. Unfortunately dentistry became trade.

      It's like going to a used car salesman they try and sale $110 dollars toothbrush and expensive mouthwash take x-rays then tell you your insurance doesn't cover anything but when you called before your appointment they took your insurance WHAT A SCAM PLEASE BEWARE OF ASPEN IN **********. THEY LIE with a smile on there face.

      I went there for a deep gum cleaning. Wasn't til after the cleaning did they say I owed for my appt. Which I never would have proceeded with had I known. I had already scheduled for my next 2 follow up appts. I got financing through the ****** ** office for a dental first card. They pre ran my insurance for my next 2 appts without my knowledge. I have been unable to contact this office due to phone systems down for months. I am being threatened by collections for a dental first payment on a bill I never even agreed too. ( I didn't pay the amount I owed for the deep cleaning) I lost my medical insurance and NEVER went to my 2 follow up appointments. I refuse to pay for a bill I didn't agree to nor had work do e to have to pay it and also I've called and left messages for someone to call me back and no one has.

      RUDE. I just called the monaca pa office today about 10 minutes ago. The lady that answered acted like I was inconveniencing her ENTIRE day when I asked for their fax number. She then proceeded to tell me the number as if she were an auctioneer, speaking a mile a second. When I asked her to repeat the last four digits, she literally HUFFED about it and said it again in the exact same speed. Then after I said okay thank you, she said "you're welcome bye". Didn't even ask if I had any other questions or if she could help with something, which I did have another question but she hung up as she was saying bye so I had no time to even say anything else. I have an appointment for next week and this will be my LAST ever at Aspen Dental after having this exchange with the RUDE lady that answered my call.

      I have never come across such horrible customer service. I had scheduled an appointment online and had no way of knowing UNTIL I got there the day of the appointment with my confirmation that appointments online were only for new patients. I was already registered as a patient there. They proceeded to be demeaning and blame ME and did nothing to help. In my previous appointment, they claimed the hygienist was out sick and I couldn't re-schedule this time due to the hygienist being OUT for the rest of the week. Terrible customer service and I'm very dissatisfied with my service there.

      Jan of 2022 I got 3 crowns and gum cleaning done. I made it very clear that I wanted to know the exact amount I will be paying for this dental work! This I did before I got all this work done. They tossed out some crazy amount like over $7,000.00 dollars, but my huma insurance pays like $3,000.00, and they gave me some discounts and lowered the bill. I then made it very clear how much will I owe on this bill? They told me and I have all the paper work done by them AND that I would owe $1,600.00 they told me about this care credit card with zero interest for like 18 months. I asked them once again, is that all I owe, and I will owe you nothing. THEY TOLD ME YES THAT IS WHAT MY BILL WILL BE AND NOTHING MORE! THAT BILL WILL BE PLACED ON A CARE CREDIT CARD WITH ZERO INTEREST FOR 18 MONTHS! I would owe only the credit card. Furthermore, I said, ok, let's get the cleaning done, and the crowns put on. Well this clinic keeps sending me a bill for around $775.00 I have called them many times and told them I owe them nothing. I might be taking them to court soon because I am an honest Christian man, and they have made a big mistake, or they are very dishonest and greedy business. I went to them and when we first talked I told them I wanted to do business with an honest dental clinic and one that doesn't overcharge and rip you off. Many doctors and dentists do work that you do not need done. It is all about big money and ripping the poor Harding working man off! WELCOME TO SATAN'S WORLD OF GREED AND SIN! I have contacted the college place aspen DENTAL MANY TIMES AND ONLY GET A LADY THAT ANSWERS THE PHONE. I ASK FOR THE BILLING LADY THE ONE THAT DID ALL THE PAPERS AND TOLD ME THAT I ONLY OWED LIKE $1600 AND IT WOULD BE ON A CARE CREDIT CARD FOR 16 MONTHS WITH NO INTEREST. I TOLD HER OK THIS IS MY BILL, NO OTHER HIDDEN FEES OR BS BILLED TO ME. SHE STATED THAT WHAT I OWE IS $1,600 AND IT WOULD GO ON THAT CARE CREDIT CARD. OK, I TOLD HER, AND I Signed TO HAVE THE DENTAL WORK DONE.
