1 starWhat a disaster of a company, the customer service **** are useless. Ive been waiting for my items for 3 weeks, reached out to them 3 times still I havent received my items. 1 starIf I could leave 0 stars I would. GNC refuses to do anything about any issues and blames the customer. I went into my local ******************** which is now closed to purchase protein powder and some other items. I swiped my card and it came up declined. Had to swipe it again and I got charged twice. The associate stated oh this happens a lot and stated the charge will disappear. Fast forward to many emails and calls later of passing the **** and nothing but lies and no help whatsoever. I had a horrible experience with GNC. I have been a member for years now and never have been more disappointed. I placed an order a couple of weeks ago and received a notification that my packaged had been delivered; however, I never received anything. I live in an apartment complex with a locked door to enter. My neighbors are constantly on the watch and no one ever saw any package get delivered (mind you it was 2 big wheybolic protein, a big isolate whey protein, and men's ripped vitapak. Therefore, it would not have been a small package that would have been missed. What is most disheartening is that their customer service are very misleading I called a total of three times and the first time I was told that I could get a refund or get an expedited shipment I just had to wait 48 hours to make sure there was not a delay with the carrier (she supposedly made a note of this on "my case"). When I called back they told me they would conduct an investigation and would potentially give me the same result. As I was not getting any feed back I called a third time and the lady offered me a $5 reward for being patient. I told her I did not need a $5 reward and that I wanted my $241.96 that I spent or the product I purchased. I then proceeded to ask for a supervisor and a guy that supposedly was the supervisor at the time gave me the run around and could not provide me any information or a number to someone who could help me. Instead he refused to help me and told me to basically figure it out with the carrier or to file a police report. It is very disappointing that GNC fails to take responsibility for their incompetent logistics methods and their lack of customer service support to customers. I am now $-****** and now had to purchase protein from ******. If I could give 0 stars I would as this is completely unacceptable.General Nutrition Centers, Inc.

I placed an order online at ************************. Immediately after the order was placed I noticed that the address was wrong. (I used Apple Pay and it put an incorrect address). Within seconds of placing the order I contacted GNC via chat and asked to change the address. I was told they could request it but it wasnt guaranteed. WHAT? I literally just placed the order. Then about an hour later I get an email that they are unable to change the address and Im advised to contact them to cancel the order. I contact them again via chat and ask to cancel the order. When Im asked why I explain. Im then told that the address was updated. I asked the person to tell me the address it was going to and I was given the correct address. So I said no need to cancel. Then a few hours later I get an email that my order was ready to ship and it has the wrong address. So I call this time. Now Im told that the address was not updated. Im told that the order was not shipped but the status was shipping label created .The person put in a request to cancel but told me it was not guaranteed. I do not understand this. If it ***** shipped cancel it!! Then a little over a day and a half later I get an email that unfortunately it is too late to cancel the order. So for a day and a half it sat there, not shipped but it wasnt able to be cancelled?? How ridiculous. How ridiculous to start that I cant update an address 30 seconds after placing an order. So now my order will be shipped to the wrong address. Not sure what to do at this point. GNC is incompetent and it could have been cancelled if the person hadnt told me that the address was updated when it wasnt. I will NEVER do business with them again. 1 starI had an extremely disappointing experience with GNC. I placed an order online 2 weeks ago, and despite the payment being processed immediately, I have yet to receive my items. I reached out to customer service multiple times via email, but all my efforts were completely ignored. Not a single response or attempt to resolve the issue was made.Its clear this company has terrible business practicestaking money and then disappearing without delivering the goods or providing any explanation. Im shocked at the lack of professionalism and customer care. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, I highly recommend avoiding GNC at all costs. 1 starI'm extremely disappointed in the customer survice I've received at our Aiken, SC GNC store. The store manager is an absolutely rude and a major bully. I have been purchasing GNC MultiVitamins for my husband for a few years. When it was time to reorder, he wanted to try a different Vitamin carried by GNC. I ordered 3 bottles online and had it delivered to our home. He took it for about 8 days and decided it was not the product for him; was making him feel bad. I gathered up the 2 unopened boxes and the 1 opened bottle to return to my local ******************************. I have all my receipts of purchase and payment, but had already recycled the small box it arrived in. The nice lady working that day called the manager on the phone to inquire on how to complete the return. He flat out told her not to do it and was loud on the phone. She put him on speaker phone. He proceeded to explain to me that makes it look like his employees are stealing. I tried to explain that the return policy says if I have all my info, it can be returned to the store. He began to yell over me, that I could come back the next day, he'd be there. I told him I was going to report him to GNC. He said he didn't care! I couldn't get anyone at GNC corporate on the phone, so I sent an email.Review fromRev T

If you no longer work there and are missing a paycheck, missing tax forms, never got officially offboarded, the list goes on - the HR department not only never answers, they never call you back either. I am very disappointed with GNC I placed a order with them and when my order came in it was missing two item. I contacted there customer service department and ****** did not care what i had to say and told me that I was out of luck and they where not going to help me. I asked to speak to a manager and I have not had a reply from anyone. I will never purchase anything from this company again and I will make sure that I spread the word on how they treat there customers ****General Nutrition Centers, Inc.

1 starGNC sucks!! I placed an online order on July 15 and 3 weeks later no product or word from the company. When I called GNC, they canceled half the order and ordered the other half again (at full price) of course. I called immediately (less than 24 hours) to cancel the order and they refused because they claim that it shipped immediately (even though the first order from weeks ago didnt do that). You can buy most of GNC products at Amazon and ******** I would go there instead and save yourself any future headaches.
