    On October 14th I stayed at the hotel and the whole experience there was awful. Check in the lady barely said two words to me. The room was gross and the air conditioner fan didn't work. I tried calling to the front desk multiple times and no one answered. I messaged the hotel, no response. I figured they were short staffed, it happens.

    Then comes Saturday and I check out. When I got home that night I realized I had forgotten a shirt in the room. I tried calling the hotel 3 times before someone picked up the phone. The person said she was to busy to look and would call me back. She took my name and number and never called me back. I tried calling again Monday morning, and got the same thing - she said she would call me back and no one did. So I tried calling the next day, Tuesday the 18th and the person I talked to stated no one found it, and she couldn't verify if a housekeeper threw it away or took it and I asked if there was any way they could find out a real answer, and she didn't even take my name or number, just insisted if she had the room number she would have my information, and now its a week later and I haven't heard anything back. It was a brand new shirt and all I want is it back or acknowledgment of what actually happened to it.

    It is no way to run a business, especially someone trying to get their belonging back. Any help would be appreciated. It would be nice to be refunded the amount of my shirt or something to make up for it.

    Hi Good day i am not aware of someone leaving a shirt in a room upon check out but i will look into it and find out what room the guest was in and the housekeeper who were responsible for cleaning it

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    I don't accept this for the fact I called at least 3 different times and they said they would check. It was room *** and stayed ********
