    Hello. In November 2022, we got tickets to the June 17, 2023 Taylor Swift concert in Pittsburgh. We immediately booked a hotel room at the Pittsburgh Plaza Hotel for the night of June 17. Our 21-year-old daughter is attending the concert. She lives in Columbus, Ohio, and we didn't want her driving home afterwards. We knew hotel rates would spike because of the concert, but in November, we were able to get a reasonable rate. Yesterday afternoon, (June 16), our daughter called the Pittsburgh Plaza Hotel to inquire about check-in time. The hotel informed her that they cancelled her reservation back in January. They claimed they e-mailed my wife four times with this information. My wife received no such e-mails. It appears Pittsburgh Plaza Hotel cancelled all existing 6/17/23 reservations back in January. I assume that is when they realized they had "missed the boat" on this cash grab. Thanks for listening, *** ******* ********* ****
