    Initially our experience was good- we requested a residential survey, heard back right away and paid half of the cost of the survey upfront when given a survey date. The surveyor came on the scheduled date but told us hed have to come back to finish up because of the weather. He came back once more, and then we literally never heard from them again. We called and left voicemails, emails, everything- we were completely ghosted. This went on for several months. Finally my husband called from an unfamiliar number and got an answer- it was obvious the person that answered the phone was unpleasantly surprised we had gotten through. Flustered, she told us our survey was still in drafting, but they werent sure why or what the hold up was- she didnt know what else to say and forwarded us to the surveyor himself. He told us he was on a job and would give us a call later in the day when he wrapped up. Never heard back, again.It was the definition of strange and unprofessional. Wed have understood completely if there was a problem, they wouldnt be able to complete the survey, etc. But there was NO communication. Requests for a refund for our $500 deposit went unanswered too. I was on the verge of filing in small claims court but thankfully our credit card company refunded us the deposit because the service was never provided. On top of everything else, their failure to communicate and complete the job held up work on our property for months.

    They took my money and did not complete the job. I have been calling their office and leaving messages for the last three weeks. No one is returning my calls or giving me any explanation of what is going on. ***************************

    The survey for Ms. **************** could not be completed because there were insufficient control points in the neighborhood/area where her property was located. We expended at least 6 hours of survey and drafting time to try to complete this survey, but in the end, we were unable to do so. As a result, we made a full refund to her and charged her nothing.
