    Federated Mortgage was awesome to work with!!!! We worked closely with ***** **** and he was the absolute best. They made the mortgage process easy and seamless from start to finish. Everyone involved with our closing was super responsive and on the ball. They provided step-by-step directions for submitting all required documentation and their secure system made the process easy. In addition, ***** took the time to review all the documents and figures with us so that we understood every charge in our mortgage and closing paperwork. And ****** was amazing when it came to processing our bank transfer. I would highly recommend Federated Mortgage if you are in the market for a mortgage you won't be disappointed!

    This is the second time I have used federated mortgage and *********************. I cannot state enough how having **** made our dreams come true. He was always ready to chat about questions, concerns and made us feel at ease. We bought a home and sold a home in less than 45 days and again without **** would not be possible. He and my realtor built a relationship which made the process more streamlined. We always knew what was needed and next steps.     My wife and I worked with ****** and his team on our home purchase in the Pittsburgh area. We were relocating from Florida and were not very familiar with how the real estate market worked in PA. ****** educated us on taxes and the situation with interest rates.     I was put in contact with Federated Mortgage Corp by a family member who is a realtor in the ********** market. After hearing of my frustrations with a couple of mortgage brokers - notably, their lack of service - my cousin recommended Federated to me just as he had to countless clients of his own. Living in ****, he assured me that their staff surely had someone with a broker's license in my state and that I'd be much better off doing business with them. He was absolutely right!I worked with ******************* of Federated who seemingly without effort provided all the service and attention I hadn't beeen receiving from other brokers. I knew that I had a variety of lending options available to me and ***** helped me understand each one and quickly determine my best option. From there, he provided multiple figures for me on numerous properties that I was interested in. I was very impressed with his patience and his honest eagerness to provide me the information I needed to make a most informed decision on the properties that I was considering. I can say without hesitation that ***** was a greater partner to me in my home buying search than even my own realtor. Like many, my decision ultimately came down to dollars and cents, and ***** backed me up with the confidence I needed to choose the best option available to me.Home buying for the unitiated is stressful to say the least. I learned from my first time that finding a trustworthy and committed partner in that endeavor makes all the difference.     We could not have asked for a better loan officer than *****! From start to finish, he was always available to answer our questions and concerns. ***** provided consistent and timely updates so we were always informed on where we were in the process and what the next steps were.
