    I am a first-time homebuyer and had initially reached out to a few different banks to shop around for mortgage rates; but I can say, without a doubt, that the customer service I received at ********************** was unparalleled - and in the end, their rates ended up being better too! Their response time was always impeccable and they were always willing to run cost sheets and check-in to see how offers had gone. Re-applying for my prequalification letters felt effortless in comparison with other banks and they never let anything slip through the cracks. It was really nice to feel ******************* throughout my many, many months of house hunting. Strongly recommended for anyone who doesn't want to spend time plugging a million answers into formstack templates, or who simply wants to feel confident that a knowledgeable, committed person is there to support and guide you through this process.

    We have used Federated Mortgage twice in recent years. I appreciate all that ********************* did for us in the purchasing of our new home! He was a wonderful loan officer. He made the whole experience easy. He was always there for any and all questions that we had. He presented a checklist that was easy to follow. He kept the ball rolling right up to closing. I can honestly say he went out of his way to take care of us. Id recommend him to anyone!
