On 1/3/24 I cancelled warranty contract ************ in person at the dealership - with *********************. The cancel fee is 0 and the refund percent - 100 % = $2,595 + ****** tax = $2,776.65 due. The warranty company EFG has verified that the funds have been returned to Rohrich Honda in January, 2024 - this was also verified by Honda ********* Services. I have made multiple phone calls to the dealership - ************ and left voice messages for the financial contact. I have never had this person answer the phone and have never received a return call. I am requesting the immediate processing of this refund of $2,776.65 + ****** finance charge (4.99%) for 3 months for a total of $2,915.20. This refund is to be issued to Honda ********* to be removed from my sales contract *********.

On Thursday February 23 I took my car to the Honda dealership to have the oil changed, a regular maintenance. Three hours later I walked out owing them $1311.94. A Clerk broke the ignition Cylinder and claims it was already broken. It was not. I heard from several mechanics that if you try to force a key into the ignition while the steering wheel is locked it will break the cylinder. I believe this is what happened. After trying to contact the district manager, Mr. Rich W***** unsuccessfully, I was contacted by another manager who offered me a 10% discount. Though the offer was patronizing I had to pay to have my car back. I don't think I should have had to pay anything as it was fine when I drove in but was broken in their care. I want my money refunded and would appreciate a resolution. I will not go back to Honda. I posted this situation on our social media and over 55 people responded with unfavorable reviews and experiences. I am notifying you for another reason, so no one else will be taken advantage of by this dealership. Thank you.

I contacted Honda USA about an issue with vehicles seat belt. They instructed me to take my car to a dealership for evaluation to determine if it would be covered under warranty repair. I took my car to Rohrich Honda and also scheduled an oil change there. The seat belt repair was not a covered warranty repair and an exhaust issue I was having was not something they could repair. From talking to the service associate, both of these problems they could diagnose almost immediately just by looking (for the exhaust issue I was told all they do is pretty much replace the entire exhaust system, well and beyond any service I’d be doing) so instead of telling me this, they charged me $200 in diagnostics for a 20 minute evaluation after being instructed by Honda to take the car in for review. I contacted Honda USA to file a complaint and was told dealerships were independently owned and there’s nothing they could do. I feel stolen from and ripped off from this process.
