      This is the quote from Rohrich's website: "At Rohrich Honda it’s our goal to exceed your expectations from test drive to delivery and beyond." Don't believe a word of it! 1) 10 Cars in my Family from Rohrich Honda. 2) 2024 Brand New Honda from Rohrich for my daughter 3) Engine Blew up with only 80 miles on the vehicle! 4) Daughter in the car with my 7 year old grandson at 11:00 pm on a mountain headed towards Maryland - Stranded 45 degrees with no car heat because the engine blew 5) Honda Roadside fails her - AAA fails her tells her "oh well" call the cops 6) Had to call a state Trooper to assist. 7) Rohrich asked me to pay the tow because they were not "capable" 8) Daughter and grandson got home at 3:30am 9) NO CALLS FROM ANYONE FROM HONDA FOR ALMOST 2 WEEKS! NO G.M, NO SEEING IF ANYONE WAS OK! NADDA.......NOTHING! 10) All the people that gave me their cards and said "call me if you need anything" NEVER returned my calls. Before I continue let me ask all of you mothers and fathers a question: Would you put your daughter and your grandchildren back into a car that's engine blew up? HELL NO! BUT GUESS WHAT? Rohrich Honda did just that! They refused to take back the faulty vehicle! Kevin "the acting GM" flat out turned his back on me. Kudos to Wright Honda in Uniontown for accepting Rohrichs LEMON and actually taking some responsibility ok back to the story: 11) Did I mention that I also leased a vehicle from there a week before? Guess what? although I don't need it at the moment but guess what? NO HEAT! NOW THAT'S (2) BRAND NEW CARS WITH ISSUES! The Morale of the story here is people: 12) Rohrich Honda does not stand by the cars they sell of of their lot. 13) Upper management ducks and dodges your issues and doesn't return your calls. NO EXCUSES! 14) IF YOUR NEW CARS ENGINE BLOWS UP after being 3 hours old! they don't offer you a new vehicle they just wash you away. If that's the kind of place you wanna trust? Enjoy! But I say, don't do it!
