      On 9-29-2023 I placed an order for a handicap accessible shower chair. It never came. I messaged them numerous times and was given the run around for a short while, then nothing. No product, no refund. They are a scam!

      Terrible customer service! My order was never received. There is only an email for contact purposes. I did email this company regarding my order. I received a tracking number that is only in Chinese. It states delivered but does not have a destination to my address on the tracking. It just states U.S. I attempted to contact them again via email several times. I have not received a response. I believe this site is a scam!
