      Ordered two pairs of Hey Dudes for a total charge of $41.88 on 4/7/2023. Received an emailed receipt, but no tracking info and order hasn't arrived. Attempted to contact the company via email twice at [email protected] with no response. Also attempted to call the company on 5/3/2023 at 516-315-3311, and received a message that voicemail was full. I have disputed the charge with my bank.

      I placed an order for Hey Dude shoes through facebook for a 5-7 day delivery and have not received them for close to a month

      On April 4th I ordered heydude shoes from this company. I paid 40.85 which they took out of my bank account. They claimed my order was on its way. Guess what its not. They gave me a tracking number which its mostly in Chinese. Now they wont answer any of my emails or contacts. Think its a scam as I saw other people have posted the same problem

      I did not receive my order from Bonn Trading Company. ***** * **************** ******** **************. Showed delivered on April 22nd. Was not delivered. I have Ring Doorbell. No delivery person has been on my porch the last 7 days. I request a refund of my purchase to my American Express of $92.38. Thank you.

      I paid 55.97 to this company on 04/08/2023 never received a tracking number only a purchase receipt. I have tried calling and emailing this company numerous times with no answer and I would like to get my money or my merchandise that I Pais for and they charged my card and took my money. I have seen reviews where others have complained abt the same thing.

      I purchased 6 pairs of shoes from their website. The site shows they are a verified trusted store. I received an email and have a tracking number. It even updated after it said it shipped.
      I emailed them and told them I was going to report them for not providing the product I paid for. It has been almost three months now. They did respond to one email but only said they had tons of emails in their inbox.
      Once I investigated more I realized this is a shady company. No reviews, no phone number, never online, etc. I would like my money back or product but I also want to stop others from being scammed.
