Contracted with Rhino Shield in June of 2018 to repair, replace and paint the exterior of our home (Residential). This contract came along with a 25 year warranty. I have been attempting to contact Rhino Shield since February of 2023 for them to come back out and address several warranty issues (paint chipping, severe fading, paint pulling off from house). I have left over a dozen messages, have spoke with several people live and they take my information and always have an excuse where the owners are not available but they would get right back to me. No one has called me back since. The original manager/owner of Rhino Shield of Pa was forced to leave this position because he did not follow standard Rhino Shield protocol and left several unhappy customers in the area (me being one of them as he did not deliver on what we contracted). Regardless I need Rhino Shield to come back to my house and address my warranty issues.Business Response

Since I have numerously called the following numbers and have left messages both to voicemails AND live people that answered the phone ***** ******** *** ***** ******** *** ***** ******** I want to leave this complaint open until I hear back from Rhinoshield and our warranty is actually addressed. I'm only not closing the complaint because I don't want to be stuck with not hearing from anyone again. Once I hear from Rhinoshield and our warranty issue is addressed I will close the complaint. Had RhinoShield come out to do our home which is over 100 years old. As of today we are still waiting for them to finish. They will not return phone calls, which we call at least once a month if not more and leave name, number, and the address. We have had 2 return calls where someone did come out look at it and let us know that they would be out to finish in a few weeks. And still nothing. While they were painting the house the primer ended up on our 2 vehicles and they said they would get it taken off. They power washed the older car until the paint started to come up and the Leased vehicle still has primer on it. They also had our back door taped for over a month and a half and it tore off the paint from it which we also pointed out to them. We had a new deck put on and there was primer splatter on it. Railings on the deck were broke which we told them. We also paid them extra to do some of the wood work that needed repaired, some of which was cedar slat siding which has come off in more than one place. They know of all of this since I have left the message and they had sent one person out after over 45 calls.Business Response

I apologize that this has been going on since the project began. We will have an installer out there to get this finished. Unfortunately this has gone on this long because a satisfied completion was signed and payment was made. With those being done these kinds of issues do not reach me until it gets to this point unfortunately. If no payment was made and the completion was not signed due to these issues originally the problem would have been handled and taken care of ASAP. Now that I am fully aware it will be dealt with. From the time I got any answer from the company to now, no one has even called from the company. My husband and I are tired of the 'talk' and would like to see something being done IE: partial reimbursement, complete the job or pay for a new paint job do to the lack of completetion on this one

Rhino Shield applied their product to my home. Weeks later we noticed some flaking and bare spots in several places. Multiple phone calls and emails, all unreturned.Business Response

I apologize for the inconvenience going on with this job. I was not aware of this problem until now. I looked in our database and see that you called in for a service on 9/12/22. Unfortunately our office was closed only a couple weeks after the problem occured due to the weather. We are now getting our back opened and I will have Nick reach out to you as soon as possible to come out and see where everything is at this current time. We have new management in the office for 2023 and will be moving forward more efficiently.

Rhino Shield painted our home late summer 2021. We experienced a few points of dissatisfaction with the quality of work performed. They sent an inspector out to speak with us and view our home. He agreed that some alterations and fixes were needed. We were asked it it would be okay to wait for Spring of 2022 to address these issues due to colder weather approaching. We agreed. By May 18th 2022 no one from Rhino Shield had reached out to schedule their improvements as promised. This began at least ten documented phone calls, texts, and emails from us, which lead to NO one confirming any answers or responding to have someone fix our home. It is now October 26, 2022 with no resolution to our problems! Their service has been paid for in full so now we seem to not be of any importance for Rhino Shield to attempt to solving these problems that have been pointed out.Business Response
