    All I have to say is absolutely amazing from start to finish! ***** nailed it and DJ and **** (if I got his name wrong my apologies) were fantastic! Fast, professional, engaging and explained my thermostat. It was truly a perfect experience! I will recommend Sullivan to all!

    I called Sullivan Service for a 2nd opinion on a toilet ******. **** was very professional and the most knowledgeable and fixed an ongoing problem approximately every 3-5 years. He explained my options and was respectful in answering my questions and seemed to understand my concerns. Such as the cost. However, the type of ****** he and his partner installed is of higher quality which I expect to provide long-term benefits. **** and his partner also went to my mother's home for a clogged kitchen to basement line which they cleared and provided other additional information and support for a long-term fix.

    DJ and his team, who installed our new gas furnace did a terrific job. DJ was knowledgeable, competent and was very receptive to all of my questions. Additionally, he left the work area very clean.
