    This is my first time dealing with a major machinacel problem in my home due to my husband's disability. ****** came to my house and was very friendly, polite and seemed very knowledgeable as to what the problem was. Being a woman I don't trust dealing with men. I have found them to be very condescending with me in the past. ****** explained everything to me as to what my options were. I didn't feel as if he was pushing me as to what to do. I was hoping to find a plumbing company I could trust and ****** did just that. I now habe their number on my phone for future problems. Thank you ****** you were a great help

    Sullivan Super Service is amazing. Within a couple hours of my call to the customer ********************** **** who was amazing. She sent out a couple of expertise drain busting professionals. ****** and his crew worker were so professional and really knew the job!     In April, I received a call from a tenant that needed a new hot water tank. I went to the property and replaced the tank but the tank never heated. I was leaving town that Friday so I called Sullivan Super Service to remedy the issue. Sullivan came to inspect the tank and reported that the element in the new tank was cracked and sent a picture of the shiny new element with a quote of over $550 to replace. I replied that I couldn't see the crack and asked them send a more clear picture. I got the picture of the clearly cracked element, which I believe was, from the old water tank that was still on site from my repair. I lost confidence in Sullivan at that point and refused the repair. I sent my personal maintenance tech over the next day and when he turned the water on, he found 2 holes drilled in the bottom of the tank. He had no incentive to do this as we've been working together for years and he went to ********** to purchase a new tank out of his own pocket to save the day. The tenant reported that nobody was in the home between the time Sullivan left and the time that my tech arrived. Also note that I know my tenant did not have a drill as she asked to use mine to make a repair on her landscaping trailer while I was at the house initially. Took Sullivan to the magistrate and got a judgement against them.
