    Buyer Beware! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Sullivan Super Service told me my sewer drain was unable to be cleared, cracked and in "horrible condition". They convinced me to sign up for financing to cover the $15,500 charge to completely dig out existing pipe and replace. Told me not to contact my insurance company until they started work (knowing that they would not approve it I'm sure!) Upon talking to a friend I got a second opinion. Had a company come out and within 30 minutes they had completely cleared the "soft clog" and took video of the pipe which showed that it was in prestine condition, no cracks or separations at all. Cost $369. Sullivans is a complete scam! As a result, my credit score dropped and I was set up with a credit card with an $18,600 credit limit which I immediately closed upon receiving. Don't believe the reviews you see on here...they are probably paid for. I have since seen many similar complaints about this company on NextDoor.

    All Sullivan staff has been competent, orderly, friendly and accommodating! They have treated me well and they stand behind their service and make it right. So far I have invariably received fast and excellent service. All the tradesmen working in my house have been on time, respectful, courteous, & communicative.

    We had a huge sewer back up that required digging inside our house. The crew kept the mess to a minimum and worked hard to get the job done as quickly as possible. I will definitely call Sullivan again when I need a plumber.
