  DO NOT WORK WITH DAVISON. *************************************************************************************************** in 2008, the government agency who's tasked with protecting American consumers, the ************************ (***), sued Davison and they had to pay $10 million dollars in a settlement. As a result, on Davison's website, they have to list a court order disclosure statement (the link above). It's listed on the bottom of their home page all the way at the bottom, in small print.The statement covers the past 5 years and has done so since 2008. The shows you the number of consumers for each stage and the number gets smaller and smaller which each phase. It starts at ******* new product ideas and ends with 13 people with a written license. BUT a written license doesn't automatically equal proceeds for the consumer with the idea. 9 people are listed as getting proceeds out of *******. And some of those 9 may be older than 5 years old. This is all listed on that disclosure. BOTTOM LINE: More than likely, you will pay them money and NEVER see any of it back. You won't have a product and you will be mad. Save yourself the heartache and just don't get involved with them at all.

  Davison keeps informed on My project. *** project Manager make sure I understand. The process and I receive up dates. I feel Davison really provide a better way to invent.

  I am writing to formally file a complaint against Davison Innovation. I am requesting a refund of at least 90% of the total amount I paid, which is $8,815. My payments to Davison Innovation began in 2019, with the final payment submitted in 2022.Throughout this period, I made numerous follow-up phone calls and sent several emails requesting updates on the progress of selling my idea. Unfortunately, these efforts have been met with little to no response, leaving me feeling hopeless and manipulated. The financial strain caused by the payments to Davison Innovation has been significant, adding considerable stress to my family. We had hoped to see a return on this investment, but instead, we have been left in a precarious situation.Initially, Davison Innovation was highly supportive and communicative during the payment process. However, once the final payment was made, I experienced considerable difficulty in contacting my assigned representative. This lack of communication became particularly challenging during the COVID-19 pandemic when jobs were being cut, and financial resources were depleted. My family and I had decided to pursue entrepreneurship, and it was during this time that I engaged with Davison Innovation.Each interaction with your team felt rushed and insincere, with no meaningful updates provided. The $8,815 I paid could have gone towards essential expenses such as mortgage payments, bills, and food for my children. I find it troubling that Davison Innovation would continue to accept payments without any intention or ability to bring my idea to *********** this point, I am no longer willing to continue requesting updates or waiting for Davison Innovation to bring my idea to fruition. I demand an immediate refund and am not interested in any further delays.

  Right now, I am in the beginning stages of getting my prototype developed. ***** has been absolutely awesome in this process. Everything that is scheduled has gone as planned. I will keep posted as the process progresses

  This company does not fulfill anything it promised. I provided $10,000 for the development of my design after a conversation with *****************************, and I advise NO ONE to allow him to manage your account. He told me the estimated time it would take (6 months) and that my wishes would be taken into account and be responded to. None of that happened. Most of my questions were unanswered, and after 2 1/2 years, as indicated in the portal, my invention was in the pre-development stage ( after ***************************** continually told me it was almost done. This man has a supervisor who either isn't paying attention or is in conclusion with this behavior. I was able to contact the owner, who did respond to my complaint by calling this office. ***************************** told me as a result, my invention became a first priority. He ignored the message from the owner and nothing has happened. I don't have a prayer of getting my money back, but I want to warn would-be customers. ***************************** is a real dream crusher. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH *****************************!

  So I personally feel this review needs to be said. ******** gets a bad rap because people leave negative reviews. That person has an idea they think is good and they throw a tantrum at the companies reviews when told it's not. They don't understand what or how much work goes into researching products, markets, or even business strategies. I've worked with *** from ******** for almost 5 years now and my invention and it's been nothing but the best professional service. It's been a long process, but *** has pretty much walked me through the entire process and has been transparent about everything. My invention may never see the public but if you don't invest and try they will never see it either. I'm in the next step to my invention being shown to companies. You can't force a customer to buy from you. I also run my own online selling business so I know this well. If it takes off, great! If it doesn't, then oh well move on. It's always worth finding out. Trust me! 5 stars for *** and the team at ********.

  This company is a ripoff. I paid this company almost $10,000 and when everything was done and said they were supposed to mail me my sample to show me my product that they had made. They claim they mailed it through ****** They had my address Right, but they didnt put my apartment number on there and in the past whenever they would send me something from the company they always have my address and apartment number so they did that on purpose. And said it was signed by me. They even changed the name of my invention. They will not answer my calls and all I ask is that they give me my money back because I am going to keep pursuing to get my money . When I look at the views, people said the same thing that I had said so I do not recommend this company at all.

  Davison had been incredible! They've taken care of everything, explaining everything along the way. They're very transparent in the process and communicative. They've been a blessing in this process.
