    Unfortunately our rental experience with Arkham was uncomfortable and not up to standards. Upon moving in the house was said to be inspected which we waited for almost 3 weeks after signing the lease. Tub faucet fell off within 48 hours of us moving in and it was reinstalled twice. Busted down blinds unlevel flooring. Unit was not sanitized dog hair everywhere fridge was dirty dog hair in there as well. Broken dish washer uneven counter tops.un cut front and back lawn.appliances left outside the company should have got disposed but we had to pay for it to be removed.old dead mice in my basement leaking pipes black and regular mold broken shorted out leaking fridge flimsy back door with inoperable lock delayed light switches mix matched crumbled baseboards. Busted pipes on Christmas Eve the repair took about 2 weeks and it was never finished completely ultimately was left with a mold bathroom. Home was infested with mice upon arrival mice in my drawers mice in my stove and the stove was brand new. Water stained ceilings in places through out the house. Detached sinks clogged drains just subpar patch work repairs made by *** who stated they dont work for them coming to my home trying to discuses marijuana and guns smh! One person made effort to make repairs. After late March or April it was useless to call no one cared. I was told by a repair man theyd just come in if I wasnt there lol but never had a key but threatened to lock me out. Popping up at my home to make repairs on their time and not when scheduled. Just horrible. Then to find out the landlord or rental company was calling our neighbor asking about us was just crazy. Stay away from them if you want to rent I do not recommend them. Went to court won on the magistrate level and the county appeal. They only paid $2k and stopped sending payments in November. Horrible business practices they are t to be trusted. Others have has bad experiences as well.
