      I purchased a used tire from champ tires !! My tire size everything was correct. The tire was too small for my car. Yes, it was used. Mini pebbles was in the whole tire I I myself took all the pebbles out the tires took it to the tire place. He said this is too small for your Mercedes-Benz now they want to keep half of my money no no no I want my full refund. I had to clean the tire from them it was a lot worn

      Dear Better Business Bureau, On May 26, 2024, this customer purchased one Pirelli_Cinturato P7 All Season Run Flat_225_45_18_95_H with 7/32 tread remaining from our **** store for $77.43. On May 30, 2024, we received a message from the customer that she had bought the wrong size tire for her car. Per our return policy and ****'s return policy, return shipping is the responsibility of the customer for purchases made in error.Therefore, we withheld the shipping charges and refunded the customer ********** customer then filed a claim with **** saying that our product was defective. We appealed to **** with the proof of her original reason being that she bought the wrong size. **** then refunded her the rest amount of her purchase and found us at no fault since the customer lied.We have screenshots of all communications between us and the customer, us and **** and ****'s decision. The fact that the customer lied, still received a full refund and is then leaving negative reviews about our company is defamation, and our legal department will be notified.
