      Please avoid Pitt-Ohio. There are many freight companies who work with you if they make a mistake (R&L, ****, ***** Freight, etc), but there are some that will not work with you if they make a mistake (Roadrunner, Pitt Ohio, etc). They may offer some good rates, but if something goes wrong they ***************** behind anything they can. They completely dropped a pallet, causing thousands of dollars in damage, and after waiting weeks for responses they deny the claim saying the packaging wasn't sufficient for the "rigors of LTL transport". Dropping the pallet on the side which had enough force to snap 5/8" bolts would not have been better protected with an outer box or more inner packaging like they stated. "Rigors of LTL transport" is specifically used for things going from hot to cold (or vice versa), shaking in transit, or other similar things. It does not include company error like completely dropping an item.Not worth the slightly less money to use them. Go ahead and pay a few extra dollars to use a more reputable carrier that won't leave you to pay for their mistakes.

      I had a deliver scheduled with this company for my business. Its taken 12 days to get the product (Still don't have it) and they said it was because an employee was on vacation.
