I was approached by a sales lady.
She pitched very high pressure selling, preying on my vulnerability having mentioned I had just lost my mother. Against better judgment I purchased the products costing $428. NEVER once did she mention that once purchased the products are not refundable.
With such an unusual policy and the amount of money involved I would expect the first thing she mentions is that purchases are final.
One day after purchasing the product and without opening them,
I returned the products only to be told that they don’t accept returns but I can exchange.
They asked me to write to the company to voice my complaints since they don’t make the policies.
I wrote to the company on the provided address **************.com
They have not bothered to respond.
This is a dishonest practice and totally unacceptable.
I would like my money refunded back to me immediately. The products are in exactly the same condition and
    not opened.
I should not be forced to use your products if I’m not interested.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

    Hi
I received a text message from GreenBiotics asking me to send an email requesting my refund to
***************.com.This is the same thing they told me to do when I initially returned the products.
And I already sent the email to the address they provided but never got a response.
I bought the products from them and have no idea what the non-responsive email is all about. I informed them that I hadn't received any response from the email they provided to me. This is not helpful and there is still no word on my refund.
Please find the text message they sent me  below:

    Please email :

    ***************.com

If they approved the refund I will be more than happy to assist you .

    I can’t approved returns .

    Have a blessed day

    Regards,

    To Whom it may concern,

We have reviewed the complaint and all the information. We checked the inbox for ***************.com and never did receive an email nor had any calls to our customer service line. It is unclear why the email never got to us but we are happy to help resolve the matter now. Yes our return policy is "No Refunds. Exchanges only." which is stated on the receipt that you sign and a sign at the register. However, the owner has decided to allow an exception in this case and approve a full refund for Invoice ******. We will give a call today to let **** **** know to come back to the store with the products to process the refund.

Please let us know if there is anything else needed.

    Thank you!

On July 27, 2022 at the Ross Park Mall in Cranberry, Pa., I was approached by a person giving me a free sample of a skincare product from their spa Green Biotics, and pressured me into getting a free demonstration of how amazing the product works. He applied the D'or 24K Prestige Non surgical Instant lifting cream around my left eye. While I was waiting the "7 minutes to see the amazing results" he proceeded to show me pictures of other people who used the product and had wonderful results. He then went to the OFFICIAL www.dor24k.com website to show me the price of the product which was $1,190.00. I said no way could I afford that. He then proceeded to tell me that he could sell it to me for $400. I again said no way could I afford that either. So then he showed me my left eye result, and it did look like the wrinkles and puffiness went away. So then he said he was going to give me a 1-time deal by using his family friend discount, please don't tell his boss he was doing it, and sell it to me for $199. I again said I could not afford to pay that either. Then he went on about I deserve to treat myself and the product will last for an entire year and I would not need to use ANY other products for 3 years because this product will work for 3 years and it would give me the same results as a surgical facelift without having the surgery. He also said he would give me 2 of the product for $199 or I could choose the cleanser as a free gift with my purchase. There was a lot of fast talking and swapping of products I could get for free too and pulled out a calculator showing me that it was like only spending $12 a month because it was a year's supply of product. I felt pressured and caved and bought it. I came home and put on what I thought was the authentic D'or 24K nonsurgical instant lifting cream and it did not work at all! I researched the www.dor24k.com website to find out they only sell their product online & found numerous complaints this is a scam in theUS

    Better Business Bureau:

I mailed back the product, USPS Priority mail at my expense of another $13.05 to ensure it was received and could be tracked.  I am also dealing with the Office Management at Ross Park Mall who is the party communicating and acting as a liaison between the Owner of Green Biotics and me.  They have confirmed they received USPS Priority mail and copied me in on an email asking to proceed with my refund.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********
