    This business is a scam!! Pressured business tactics. Was assured products could be returned. Had a horrible allergic reaction. When I went to return them (Unopened) they couldn't take them back. They had to contact corporate and corporate wasn't open on sundays. Do not purchase anything!!!!

    To whom it may concern,All customers are advised that there is a No Refund policy at the time goods are received and/or services are rendered. Every customer receives a demo in an effort to sample our products. If the customer is unsatisfied with product or its defective, we are happy to exchange the product. We have made multiple attempts to contact ****** and she has not returned any of our messages. She did a chargeback and we submitted the required documentation but she has not talked to us directly. We would be happy to talk about her complaints and to try to find a solution. It is true our back office is only open Mon-Fri 9am to 6pm EST ************. If no one answers please leave a message and we always call back by the next business day.

    This business is a scam that preys on people they perceive to have money and low self-esteem.Went to the mall with my mother (in her late 50s) months ago and they got her to attempt to try a "free sample" but after missing our dinner appointment did they attempt get her to buy thousands of dollars worth of faulty products. Not only do the employees still harass her when we walk in the entrance, but it has made her experience at the mall stressful. All their reviews on ****** are fake as well. I hope someone reports this business for shady practices.

    This company, their sales tactics and policies are atrocious. The products they convince you to purchase are pure garbage. They do nothing except maybe cause a skin reaction (my problem). They will not refund, it's on the receipt after you sign on a tablet. The parent company will not help, up to individual store policies. Conveniently, ALL the managers where at a "convention in **********" when I tried to take product back for a resolution. The salesperson said he will make sure manager will be there 2/20 when I have "free" facial. I have little faith that any resolution will be had for me. There are a ton of complaints and I am upset I fell for this scam.

    We didnt refuse to refund only asked from the person that purchased to be present with the physical credit card. Already processed return , money back .
