    I was charged by this company $350 for 30 days of b12+ b9 shots that are administered by a licensed nurse Monday through Friday. After paying for the service I received 4 shots that I paid for then they decided the entire week of July 4th they would be closed. then the next week came they closed the office again for a straight week then the next week came they closed the office for the entire next week so the month I paid for they were only open 4 of the days even though I paid for 3 weeks five days a week. After the 3rd week of being closed I got a text message telling me that they would now be open only Wednesday from that day on and for pick up shots only they will not be administering the shots any more. (July1-15 they were closed) So I came in on the 4 week on the Wednesday they said they would be open . I explained that I did not sign up for giving my self shots I paid for the service of a nurse to give them. I asked if I could be refunded my money as what I signed up for and paid for is no longer available, the lady at the desk then continued to make rude/ slandering comments towards me. I have never felt so mistreated in my life from the way they talked to me then the lady at the front just got up and went in the back and ignored me because she said this isnt Fayette county ******* you cant just have a refund. I was in such shock that the comment even came out of her mouth basically calling me trash. I want is a refund for the program I signed up for as I never was able to receive the program I paid for.
