    Bariatrics Weight Loss Centers are nothing but a pill mill. According to the AMA & FDA appetite suppressants like their most often prescribed ADIPEX is not legally prescribed without a physician physically present. Their newest scam is to have a ‘nurse’ sit with you while you skype with ****** ** ******* who could be anywhere, he is from Australia. So you have a ‘doctor’ prescribing amphetimines to a patient he’s never even touched. For 6 months until feb 2023 they had no doctor who was registered with the DEA to write prescriptions, the previous dr retired. So no meds, but ‘free B6 & B12 shots. If you couldn’t make it to your appt, a ‘nurse’ would ‘sit in for you’, he’d ok the adipex charge a $45 dollar fee & the nurse would dispense the adipex for you to pick up at your convenience. With your permission they’d charge your debit/credit card for the office visit, Adipex, Potassium & a generic lasix, plus Vit B-12 & B-6 injections 5 days a week whether you got them or not. You could even call them & tell them to give the meds to a family member. The ‘nurses’ are to draw blood, do an ekg every 6 months. I never came out of their without at least 2 blown veins til they finally found one! Now for 2 weeks it cost $180 for 4 weeks it’s $350. It’s a huge money making pill mill.
