      Ordered two hair pieces, order number SO982904. Received them on 1-14-25. They were a terrible quality so the next day I contacted customer service at ********************** and told them I was sending them back using their shipping label. Each time customer service through email responded within the next day. I sent them back the next day which has been over a week ago and since that time have emailed customer service numerous times and there is no response. I messaged them on ********.. no response. I tried calling their 800 number they will not answer calls citing a system issue. The total order was $401.09 and I have not been refunded. There is no way to make contact with this company at this time on my end and I have sent five emails over the last week to customer service. No other option but to file a complaint with you. I have no tracking number as they instructed me to use their label and put it in my mailbox box for pickup by ****.

      I purchased a wig and sent it back the day after I received it (Returned Nov. 16) I called them and wrote them but still have not received refund. They took the money before I received wig but they are not returning my refund. I am a handicap senior and need my refund. They have a policy on the returns that if they don't receive it after 30 days they deduct more money. I am wondering if this is what they are doing. It does not take almost a month to mail to their company. I have sent things across country recently that took 4-5 days. Please look into this for me, I really need the refund ($139.02) less shipping. Thank you.

      I purchased the wig topped on July 15, 2024, and it started coming apart a few months later. They said the 60-day return had expired, and offered a 30% discount that does not work when entered. This is a lot of money for me. I would like to have it resolved.

      They sent me a completely wrong color. Now they want me to pay $9.95 to return it. If I exchange it and they send me the wrong color again, why, that will be another $9.95... and on and on. Why do I have to pay extra for THEIR mistake?

      Ms. ****** didn't reach out to TWC Customer Service about this issue.

      We reached out to Ms. ****** about this issue, and it looks like when she entered her order online through our website she didn't click on the color she wanted, so the color that was in the image is what was ordered by mistake.  We are allowing Ms. ****** to return the product that is the wrong color at no cost to her, and we placed the correct order for her.  This should be resolved.
