I think the auto repair shop lacks transparency and integrity my car was take to the shop for a basic service that ended in a lump some of around 1,200.  One of tge charge was for a what I believe to be a made up charge, and what they called an oil leak, such liars. No oil was leaking fom my vehicle on top or bottom, no smoke was coming from my vehicle they will never put their dirty hand on my car ever again. Further more I was promised pictures regarding this so called leak needless to say pictures were never received. And tge follow up phone call never happened ?? either.

Where do I even start I got the car back in 2020 a week after I had the car the check engine light came on. I called bowser told them about my check engine light being on. I took it to bowser they said they dont know why its on and they checked everything. So a year goes by I try to trade the car in a sales person said I cant trade the car in. Ive been complaining about this car since I had the car and bowser was not trying to help me at all. I called again about my oil. Once again took the car to bowser they checked the car out and said nothing was wrong with the car. Meanwhile every time I got an oil change a week after that I was out of oil again. I called bowser so many times complaining about my car and nobody helped me. My car kept stopping on me when I just got an oil change than I was out of oil. There was no oil leaks or puddles under my car. My car stops again this time with my child again in the car but we was on a bridge. I just think all of this could have been avoided if bowser would have helped me and let me trade my car in before all of this even happened.

Where do I begin… took our car in for inspection and what we thought was an ac and a catalytic converter issue. The next day we get a call saying that an axel needed replaced, rotors, brakes, thermometer, flex pipe, etc and that the total would be over 2000 dollars. We decided to get a second opinion and only 2 things needed replaced and the axel, rotors, and brakes DIDNT FAIL FOR INSPECTION AT ALL. This place will take advantage of women and will charge you for things you don’t need.. also on the thermometer part of the list it said “ MAY FIX AC ISSUE” THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! I feel so taken advantage of.. they sure take that diagnostic fee!!!!! Shame.

Highest price in area by $300 over other local dealers for repairs. Kept my vehicle over 2 weeks with little communication for this single Mom with a special needs child and dealership knew I really needed my vehicle back. I found out with a few calls after 2 weeks (14 days) other local dealerships getting the parts from the same place in Michigan not affected by strikes could *************** needed for way less money and only 1.5 hours labor instead of Bowsers 4 hours labor. I confronted Bowser and guess what--> **** Car ready. Not only were the parts magically there, it was all ready to go. No help with a courtesy vehicle for even just a day given how long Bowser had my vehicle already with absolutely no idea when it would be repaired if at all- can you imagine? I was told "With this crazy world who knows if it will get here at all"- Seriously? Your neighboring dealerships seem to not be having this confusion. And I know from a few others who work at Bowser that courtesy vehicles were given out during that time and returned and given out again during that time but not to me.Shuttle service to come pay & get my vehicle back after the more than 2 weeks my vehicle sat there. "Adviser" said among all his other confused remarks-> "Oh we haven't had that for years" .. but then from reception-> "Of course we have shuttle service, do you need picked up to come get your vehicle?" --> Now, I'm grateful for the shuttle service but do you know what was finally sent when they waited all business day to come get me?- They wouldn't come get me while my special needs child was still in school- No, they waited till after & they know my child & do you know what they sent? A Lift Kit Truck with No Foot Rail- it took me about 15 minutes to get my child into that smelly filthy vehicle while neighbors watched and my child struggled. We weren't worthy of our vehicle being pulled up into the queue- No, we need to pay almost $1,000 and go **** for it in the lot ourselves.

"I pity the fool who buys a car from this business". I was treated better by the Viet Cong than the good folks at Bowser Nissan. Scum bags, liars, fraudsers, cowards, scam artists, cheaters, punk thugs, and hypocrites who got the nerve to fly the American flag, what a crock of dodo as a Marine who fought in Vietnam, I'm outraged. This business caused me (a veteran) to seek treatment for anxiety, stress, and depression if you go there make sure you take your marijwana medical card you're going to need it. Don't buy a car from the Bowser Nissan Group until you watch my video. https://www.*******************************

Still unresolved issues on my 2020 Hyundai Sonata Limited after year and a half on needed repairs to my car. My car was rear ended on July 2021 so I had it towed to their Collision Center. At the time I had approximately 3500 miles since I didn’t drive it during COVID. They charge the insurance company $15,834 after having my car for one and a half months. When I got it back I took it back 2 weeks later because the engine light was coming on and I was hearing a squeak in the back. After having it 2 weeks they fixed the engine light issues , but said the squeaking noise in the rear is something I did. I didn’t drive it much at all because of the squeaking noise, so when I took it to get inspected to another dealership since I didn’t trust the service. This dealership said the frame underneath was cracked and bent and unsafe to drive and it needed two new tires since it was off centered causing the tires to wear and couldn’t pass inspection. I had to take it back to Bowser since the insurance claim was with them. At this time I had approximately 6300 miles. They charged the insurance company another $601. When I drove it the next day I noticed the emergency park light came on every time I stopped. Plus they put on two different tires. Being a female and not realizing that it is not good to have one type on the front and another on the back it rides now like a truck. I took it back again to get the parking sensor light fixed in fact twice I took it and the last time they said it is fine to drive and did not fix it. I am still riding on two different tires. I am leasing and had intended to buy at the end of the lease because I do really like the car. I called corporate still no resolution.
