      Ongoing Billing Issues Due to Failure to Process Insurance--Im extremely frustrated with the billing process. I received a bill seven months after services were rendered, for the full amountdespite having provided my insurance information multiple times. Now theyre even threatening to add late fees, even though the delay and error are entirely on their end. This is not just poor customer serviceit feels negligent and predatory.

      Everyone was very courteous and helpful from the time I arrived. It was a "ton" of information, but our instructor did a great job of explaining and demonstrating what we needed to know. Also, I left feeling that if we had any bumps along the way, there was plenty of support night and day.
