      Horrible company! Can't get billing right, even after giving them all the insurance cards in local office and over the phone 3 times. It honestly can't be that hard to enter insurance information into a computer so billing is done correctly is it? Well I guess it is. The last customer service representative was working from home with noisy kids in the background and a loud TV as well. Took several times to get her to repeat back the correct insurance information. I think it's time to part ways with this shitty company and go elsewhere. UnitedHealth will be informed about them, as well as the BBB. They should not be doing business at all.

      ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!!!! Aero Care deserves a (negative) -10 score.
      I called one of their thousand telephone numbers today, 25 Jul 22 at 3:30 CST to order CPAP supplies. The recording said that the wait was ONE hour and FIFTEEN minutes because all of their representatives were busy. Seriously!!?? I shout, foul!
      I despise dealing with this company. The website billing is awful, grossly inconsistent, completely unreliable and their billing practices just plain stinks! Forget trying to call any of their numbers because I think they all route to one office, somewhere USA or in India, which employs three humans total.
      We need medical supplies and this company does not provide timely satisfaction. When is someone with the authority going to shut this money grubbing company down? AdaptHealth acquired Aero Care Feb 2021 for 1.1 BILLION dollars. Screw the true customers, right?
      Just seems like the-powers-to-be aren't listening to our customers complaints. I guess BBB doesn't care about companies that are not accredited?!

      Never return calls or emails. Asked to speak to a supervisor, still waiting for a return call. Last order was incorrect and missing supplies. It’s a shame, they could provide a valuable service, but mismanagement and greed will inevitably lead to customers suffering.

      Adapt Health is a scam. They have a link with scammers. They gave me a phone number to call for re-supply but that phone number is actually a scammer phone number. The scammer took my personal informations in the name of verifying my identity. Totally a disgrace.

      this company is AWFUL. I am a new customer this year, because my doctor was no longer a covered DME for CPAP equipment. I have been trying to get new equipment for two months. Everyone I talk to at Adapt Health cannot answer my questions, is confused and cannot help me get my supplies. EVERY time I call they ask me if I'm calling for a CPAP machine or supplies. Nor can they find me in their system unless prompted. I'm absolutely dumbfounded by what I'm encountering with them. STAY Away from them if you can.

      If I could give less than one star, I would. My previous company was acquired by them, and what I thought was poor service before has now turned into abysmal service.
      I've been calling to find out what I'm being billed for, and no one can tell me. I just keep getting transferred to other departments, resulting in longer and longer waiting times. Now I have additional late fines. I'd like to file a formal complaint.
      Looking at these other reviews, I can see that I'm not alone. The executives clearly care nothing about customer service, or they'd train their staff to have empathy and customer service skills. Anyone who works there should be ashamed of the poor service they provide.

      Following multiple emails and calls requesting an itemized statement of charges >$800, I still have not received any clarification. This appears to be fraud.All of this on a CPAP that was recalled less than year after getting it.

      Adapt Health is not a business I will ever use again. I just needed a walker. It took 4 weeks. Jeremy kept saying they never got my doctors faxes. He was short tempered and snide about Medicare. I had to have a friend go to Asheville to pick up the walker and deliver it 45 miles to me. Once burned, twice shy! Never again.
