      This company tries to bill you for the same equipment over and over again. If you switch insurance companies, they explain that it's a new contract with your insurance company, not Adapthealth. My CPAP machine costs less than $400. Adapthealth wants to charge me $800 twice for the same machine because I changed insurance carriers. Theoretically, if I changed insurance every year for 10 years, my machine would cost $8000 for a $400 machine.

      Scam. if you change insurance companies, they try and tell you that there's a new agreement. so theoretically if you changes insurance five years in a row, the machine would cost you in excess of $4000 for a $400 machine

      The absolute worse Durable medical equipment company. The customer service reps are very rude and unprofessional. I will never use this company again and would not recommend it at all.

      I would give 0 stars to this company. After coming home from the hospital, I needed oxygen. I was told that they didn't have all the info. needed to bill Medicare so was instructed to self-pay in order to receive treatment. The woman on the phone stated they would reimburse me after it was billed to Medicare. However, before giving me the equipment, I had to sign a waiver from billing Medicare. So basically, in order to receive treatment, I was forced to self-pay and waive my right to bill Medicare. TOTAL SCAM! None of their representatives speak English. The Cheyenne Wyoming office apparently has a manager, but he won't answer calls so you have to go through the national phone line where no one speaks English. The local website is also shut down.

      Terrible business. Every call goes overseas. Use another supplier if possible. Shocked Penn is associated with such a bad business.

      Have you ever had a company call to berate you for making a payment? NOT LATE, but early!! EVERY MONTH SINCE NOVEMBER 2022 !!! I made payment arrangements to be made by the 3rd of each month for 9 months, I have made my payments by the 1st of every month since I entered the payment agreement so I don’t miss a payment!! Consistently, the collections department has called me stating I haven made a payment. So I walk them backwards, what day was my equipment delivered? Look at the next date, early or late ( at first they tell me late) then I have to bring them back till they realize I have been NOTHING BUT EARLY WITH PAYMENT FROM DAY ONE!!! Then they try to chastise me for being early with payment!! MORAL OF THIS STORY: Adapt Health doesn’t want your money early ( they can’t comprehend this) they want it on time or ( I suppose ) late!! Regardless you will be harassed untill your equipment is paid off! I would recommend keeping proof of payment and receipt for a minimum 10 years after purchase with them or you might suffer consequences!! So BE AWARE!!

      If I could give 0 stars I would. I feel I have personally been harassed by Adapt Health. They charged my credit card without authorization when they processed an order for CGM supplies too early. Something that is 100% covered and had been $0 for me from them for over a year and a half and they automatically charged my card for $450 WITHOUT CONSENT. Instead of running it through my insurance again. Seems like a simple fix, however, after 8 MONTHS, over 50 hours on the phone with employees, supervisors, I am still waiting on a refund. On top of that, after I have explicitly asked, and BEGGED to be taken off their contact list, cc deleted from system, I have made it crystal clear on more than 10 phone calls that I never want supplies from them again, a supervisor assured me twice before that I would no longer be contacted, and three months later out of the blue, I get an automated text saying my order with Adapt Health has been delayed. There should be NO order.
      Just spent another 1.5 hours only to find out they are going to "try" to cancel the order. As a small business owner, I know there is NO EXCUSE for this kind of service, no excuse for this much trouble over a REFUND. The fact that such a large healthcare company treats its customers this way is an outrage. I will NEVER trust Adapt Health and I especially do not trust my healthcare with this company. Inexcusable.
      I am STILL waiting on my refund even though they have assured me last December that it would be back on my credit card in 40 days... it is February 22, 2023 and still no sign of a refund. This is fraudulent. I will be contacting an attorney if I do not receive the refund in 15 days and if they contact me again trying to place an order. They tried to run the order through my health insurance which keeps me from being able to fill it with my new provider. It's outrageous. RUN FAR AWAY from ADAPT HEALTH. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. DO NOT RECOMMEND

      My husband was given a CPAC machine at St. Luke's Sleep Center in Bethlehem and there has NEVER been any follow up. Today we received a box in the mail with a "pick up ticket" for the machine. I called AdaptHealth, which is not an easy task to get a "live person" and apparently my husband is not wearing the machine long enough at night to keep the machine. HOW WOULD WE KNOW THIS??? Very disappointed in the service from this company. But had NO problem getting through to the billing department to pay the bill!

      Am a new customer. I have tried to get durable medical supplies that I require and they keep giving me the run around. They say they’ll look into it and call me back, but never do. Once I get my order, I will be done with this company.

      They don't respond to calls made about defective equipment. I called for 3 years trying to get mine fixed or for them to come get the machine. No response. I told them I would put it out by the road, because it wasn't working. Had to borrow a machine from a friend. So I put it by the road. Now they are continuing to bill my insurance. I told them to remove my insurance from their files.
