      They recently bought Solara Medical Supplies, where I get my continuous glucose montiors through. Even before the purchase, it is a challenge to get supplies on time, and it has gotten worse, and continues to get worse with every re-order.
      I am a Type 1 insulin dependant diabetic. I rely on the glucose monitor to alert me to low blood sugars, as I am unable to physically sense them anymore. So technically, I could pass out, go into a coma and potentially die without this device. My insulin pump also works with the monitor to deliver more or less insulin depending on my blood sugar.
      I have been calling EVERY DAY for over a week about my order. No one has an answer. And if you tell them that's not what I was told the last time, you get a stumbling "oh, you're right" which is total BS.
      My sensor expired yesterday. Guess what. I still don't have supplies. If they need something or there is an issue, they do not contact you. It has become MY job to make sure the order is on track, and even then, I'm not getting supplies on time. Since my sensor expired yesterday, my glucose levels have been all over the place because the pump doesn't have numbers to help regulate insulin and keep things level.
      It is extremely ironic that they are a medical supply company and don't care about the health of their clientele.

      APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE! After dealing with this company for almost a month, I am completely fed up! We received a bed through ******** and in just under 3 years, the motor that lifts and lowers the bed busted beyond repair. Im trying to take care of this issue, I have wasted approximately 500 minutes by being placed on hold every time I call. After 1 week, the tech ( nice guy, by the way) came out to evaluate the bed and deemed it irreparable and out of warranty. Our only option, according to ***, was to buy a new bed. I called ******** and I spoke to a benefits specialist who told me that the company does not make benefits decisions and they should submit the request to ******** and they would make that decision. I finally was able to speak with a much more empathetic person at the company, who immediately sent out an email explaining the situation and for the submission to ******** be made. Unfortunately, the gate keeper *** sat on this a whole week, and I had to once again, call the company to insist on action. Here we are almost a month into this crisis and there is still no resolution. *** repeated to me that if it were her moms bed, she would just buy another one out of pocket. She has no way of knowing our financial situation.

      I order my CPAP supplies from Aerocare or at least I did in the beginning. I usually pay online but since I have gone with this company, I never know where to go online or call because they seem to be changing names with other month. It has gone from Aerocare, Verus and now Adapt Health. It seems that you order from one place, get invoice from another and supplies are sent from another. Please help.

      A fraudulent company who doesn't bill insurance correctly. If you are with this company, then find another a.s.a.p.! Don't expect this looser company to work for you, they will never be honest or upfront about any services they provide. Also, if you think that they will bill you correctly, think again. I have told them that I have 3 insurances:
      UnitedHealth Care
      Medicare
      Medicaid
      And they still won't bill all 3 entities. You would think that any medical supply company would want to price gouge any insurance, well be prepared to receive threatening emails and bills in the mail. You would think that after 4 calls to correct this issue that they'd get a clue and that's that. Today I called and told them to come and get their bi-pap machine and the recent supplies they sent. Well is you know if anyone with sleep apnea, these machines save your health, guess I will have to do without now. I'd rather die of a heart attack than have this stupid company supply me with life saving medical equipment. Got a bill that you can't get resolved? Good luck getting this company to fix it. After a lot of stress and anxiety, I now have to find someone else to supply me with what I need. I have contacted the Washington State Attorney General regarding this company's wrong doing, I also suggested that they check with Medicare and Medicaid to see if they've been improperly billed, or have clients who have/are going thru some of the same issues. Hopefully this will resolve this companies issue, or at the very least close this company forever.

      I hope this comment goes public….your customer service for over the phone service sucks! My experience with your company was soooo bad, you would think I am exaggerating about this experienced. I can’t understand your options to reach the right the department. Transfers got disconnected. And I still did get the simple thing I called for!! Horrible!!! You should be ashamed of yourselves for calling this a good company. Waste of my time. Thanks for nothing, but putting me in bad mood right before my vacation.

      I was terribly harassed by the representative on the other end of the phone, when I returned the missed call. The rep also told me that there was no supervisor, when I asked to speak to one.
      My poor wife died 11/24/22. I returned a call last month about someone asking payment for a CPack machine. I remember my wife making a final payment on the machine. I called back, because I can’t even find the machine, after her death. The second person told me, about a month ago that it was a wheelchair, not a CPack. I have the wheelchair here, and made arrangements to pick the chair up.
      A horrible person called today, telling me that no one will pick up a chair. He said that there was no wheelchair problem, and that it was a CPack machine, that my deceased wife owed money for. No condolences were given, when hearing about my wife’s death. The rep could care less. I informed him about the wheelchair arraignments, and he refused to hear about it. I said that I should call a lawyer to settle it he problem. He said, in a NASTY TONE… ”You do that!” He was a disgrace to the company, and very disrespectful. I am very upset, and my blood pressure is now very high, because of him. This company cannot get their story together. He also said irritatingly…”No one is coming to pick up the chair!” I am confused and upset, and cannot even find any CPack in the house. This Adapthealth company waited over 8 MONTHS to harass me with this, and can’t even decide what is owed. I paid all my wife’s debts, many months ago. Adapthealth is a HORRIBLE.

      everything that people have said on the site are true. this is the worst company that i ever dealt with. they lie to you every chance they get. there prices are criminal. they must give kick backs to doctors to use them. this site should rethink their star rating. you can't is a 0 rating.

      This medical service provider, “the Company” is very poorly run, communication is non existent where every customer service problem /policy is resolved only after ling and frequent phone wait times to the billing department requiring payment of excessive charges to be paid to stop the collection call harassment. Whatever you do -stop the credit card autopay as soon as you can . Literally, with out explanation you will receive random charges in the hundreds of dollars, your payments are not applied to your account for weeks and the staff is so undertrained and unaware of the sales charges that they become frustrated and angry. The management apologizes to the many bad reviews but do nothing to improve or resolve their internal self caused operating challenges. Employee “Indeed” comments reflect the horrible working conditions and lack of management.

      Terrible company… avoid this company if at all possible. The customer service reps are polite but not informed; they are incapable of resolving issues. I currently have a problem with a supply order. I have spoken to five reps and am waiting for a supervisor to call back. From what I’ve read, that call will probably never happen.
      What I suggest to anyone with a complaint is to express your concerns on as many social media sites as possible.
      It comes as no surprise that this company is NOT accredited with the Better Business Bureau.

      DO NOT USE THEM for anything… not even a toothbrush. A Nightmare. Don’t say I did not warn you. Most of the employees you speak with are working from home and have no interest in helping you. I had to politely ask one to turn the sound down on her horror film. Additionally, dogs barking, and chewing into the phone were common. Tried to deliver to the wrong house. Once you need them after the item is delivered fat chance getting anyone who’s can actually help you! It is almost criminal. They put you on hold typing for 20 min and answer and you with nonsense and then they hang up. Don’t hold your breath for a call back they say they will call and NEVER do. Plan for a new level of customer service HELL!
