  Took a long time to fix my vehicle. Had problems less than 4400 miles started having problems called to ask and on my own discovered the engine I told him to purchase and he led me to believe he did wasn’t the place I wanted. He Doesn’t call back most of the time. Discovered the hours he charged a head of time where way more than than other places said should take Called to see about warranty and where engine was gotten his either told me basically there’s no filing system he started recently and can’t find lots of receipts. I was told the owner claims probably tossed thinning didn’t need anymore. The job was from 4/2022 and I didn’t get my car completed and returned till at 7/4/22 they told me when I let them know the engine wasn’t purchased from where I wanted and let me believe. The place has no record. The worker told me if they paid in cash and picked up there’d be no paperwork. The place I wanted the engine from told me. Cash credit check pick up or delivery they keep records and have nothing from certified auto and looked back thru 2020. I have filed a complaint with attorney general bureau of consumer on the owner recently. When checking into the bad work and discovering many people find him not to be a good garage and my dealership even quit using him several months ago I’m looking at big money to repair or having to get another vehicle that man got over $6000 for repairs and for part I paid cash and he never did email me a receipt though I wrote on the one bill what he told me the labor would be that I paid cash for. He needs to be checked into. Not doing the proper job and not keeping records of all his jobs. Mine was less a year ago and he can’t find or tossed the paperwork. After he told me he was looking for but the worker told me the different story. I wish I could get any of my money back. Will not give him any references. He didn’t deserve them
