      As of today 1/22/2024 no one has been back to my property since November 2023 complete the unfinished work to my foundation. The work has been been paid in full due to the companies fraudulent access of my credit card in the amount of $7,500 on November 29th 2023. When I called about the charge the owner and secretary explained it was a "mistake" and they would look into it. I was never contacted on why the charge occurred, but was repeatedly told my job was quote "finished" while looking at a pile of dirt in my driveway and large holes in the ground inside my garage and in my driveway. When I contacted the company to inquire as to why no one had returned, they apologized and said they were told the work was finished, and would be contacting me shortly. Its been three weeks since that exchange with no contact. They never sent a receipt or came to verify this.The agreed upon sum of $22,000 was not to be paid in full until completion of the project. On October 7th I made a cash payment of $2000. A credit card payment of $9000 the following day. Totaling $11,000 the agreed upon "HALF" up front. I was then repeatedly harassed for a payment of $5000 with no explanation as to why I was making this payment. But I paid anyway hoping to resolve the work I hired them for in a timely manner. Per their email I was to pay the remaining $6000 upon completion of the project, that completion never came.Instead of keeping their agreement they proceeded to fraudulently access my credit card without any prior authorization or confirmation in the sum of $7500 ($1500 over the initial sum was the icing on the cake). Doing this with no intent to complete the project once they took the funds.This company never communicated with me unless it was about money. I had to ask several times for invoices, receipts and a scope of work which I never received. He also tacked on $1500 to my end bill for applying six inches of electrical tape to a wire.

      The company came out and did the basement work, ***** was supposed to come out and inspect when done. He never once came out, not even when it was done. The dimple mats are not up against walls properly. They routed the water out how it currently was, however they had to dig a hole down in the ground to create a drain field. The pipe has a vent on top, when it rains a huge puddle forms and stays for days after. We have contacted ***** several times 8/23, 8/24 (he briefly texted back and said he was I. Field but could text), 8/25, 8/31. At this point we have had no contact back.

      I hired Basement Solutions/***************************** and his company to create extend my driveway and build a brdige/walkway from my deck to my driveway. however, he has taken $19,000 from me and has not finished the work. He has sent electricians and workers that cannot/will not do the work. He keeps saying that the work is going to be done, but none of his workers show up to complete the job. I have texted him, called him,pleaded, and still he does not respond or have his workers complete the job. When they do show up to work they only work from 10:15 am - 2:30 pm.

      I have been trying to get the company to work, but I am still getting the run around. The owner keeps shuffling off to different employees. They did not show up today, and when I texted them, I was told there is a new office manager, ****. I called the number ****************, and received a voice mail option telling me the voice mail system was not set-up. I then texted the owner and the previous guy he assigned to complete my job, *****. ***** told me that he was in the field today, and that I needed to speak with ****. He also told me that a delivery of dirt or stone is to be delivered to my home on 8/25/23, but how can I depend on his word, since I have been told so many stories, and no one is here today to work.
