    I paid a co-pay of 40 dollars 9-12-23. Midlantic, East Norriton office. It's been over a year and this company has not cleared my bill as of to date. I've contacted the doctor office numerous times. Their response is, it nothing they can do about it. I forwarded the proof(bank statement and actual receipt) to the billing company by fax,email, and uploaded to their systems. I contacted the billing company once or twice each month this past year. Each time they escalated my file. They also said they forwarded proof of payment to Midlantic multiple times over the past year. Midlantic is not responding to them. I just would like this issue resolved.

    To whom it may concern:

    The above patient was seen for services on 9-12-22 and has a $0.00. Our billing company only sent on statement due to the patient disputing the balance. Based on a note from 9-12-22 from ******************** the payment was taken via credit card but was not posted on 9-12-22. An additional statement was generated and then sent out on 4-26-23 resulting in the identification of the payment being received and not posted.  On 9-28-23 the patient payment of $40.00 was posted which now reflects a patient balance of $0.00.

    Apologies for the delay in posting of payment and any inconvenience caused. The patient balance has been confirmed at $0.00 and the patient should not receive anything further from our office.
