    Extremely poor customer service from the billing department. My bill was paid by a third party HRA entity and the check went to the wrong address, which was provided to insurance by the Midlantic Urology. Payment went to the doctors office (not the billing office). It was accepted and processed, but not applied to my account. It has been several months and over 7 phone calls to Midlantic Urology to fix the issue and they have done nothing. I have provided proof of payment (endorsed check), to which they confirmed receipt and yet they do nothing. Each time I call them, they tell me to give them more time and allow 7-10 business days to look into the issue. When I call back after this time frame, it seems like nothing has been done and they give me the same run around. They have also identified my claim to go to collections because of this and they say they cant put my account on hold while they figure it out. It has been infuriating to say the least.

    Poor customer service. I’m being billed for a service Ive already paid. Contacted them by phone, email and in person with proof of payment but I continue to get bills.

    We have confirmed you paid your bill and there was a delay in the payment being applied to your account. Since this has occurred you no longer have an outstanding balance. Please note, if you do receive another statement, this is due to a timing issue from when the statement was generated and when you payment was actually posted. We value our patients and strive to make the entire experience as pleasant as possible. We apologize for any inconveniene you experienced.
