I leased a car from this dealership, 7/21/2023 from ***** whom is a terrible sale representation of the dealership. i test drove the car with him, i let him know the problems the car was having with the breaks on the vehicle. He stated the vehicle has been sitting for some time and just give it a few days to run. Around i week later i called back letting them know the problems still persist, along with other problems. They asked that i bring the car in to be checked out, which i did about 3 days after they called me. I live about 40-1hr away from their service shop. When i arrived i explained to them the problems that the vehicle was having from the day i drove off the lot. I stayed there while they checked the vehicle. When they returned the vehicle to me, they stayed there is nothing wrong with the vehicle. 2 days later someone by the name **** or **** contacted me and stated that i needed to bring the vehicle back and leave it for a few days because they found problems with the car. when i was at the dealership 2 days prior i stated that i had to get back and forth to NYC for my sons appointment as well as to work which is why i brought it the days prior. Even with knowing the information that was told to them they insist that i bring the car there and leave it until they check it again, i let them know that i could not do that. they sold me a defective car and they knew from the first day i got that car. Fast forward to yesterday i called to let them know that my a/c went out on my car and how can i get out of this contract because there is to many defects on this car and i need something reliable for my commute with my kids. i was told the only option is to bring the car in again so they can see it. i mentioned i would be there tomorrow around 2pm after work. i couldnt make it because of mandatory work, as talking to make another appointment.i was told that my a/c would not be covered in my warranty. i dont get how this car had so many problems.

6/11/23 I called the location to make my bi-weekly payment at 9:22am. You have until 11am to make your payment an then your vehicle can get turned off for being late. Anyway I called and made my payment and then around 11:30 went out to get into my vehicle to drive back from NC and my vehicle was turned off. I called **'s and the answering service was horrible. The lady repeatedly told me she can't call anyone about leased vehicles only rentals. I am stuck 8 hours from home. Have work in the morning and was told Noone can do anything about it until tmrw.. Mind you I made my payment and the money was taken from my account but my vehicle is shut off??? I am being punished for making a payment on my vehicle. And was told Noone can do anything until Monday morning. So now I have to pay another night for a hotel room and miss work.

I starting financing a 2014 **** ******* from Ed’s starting on November 8, 2022. The inspection went out in February of 2023. The **** didn’t pass inspection, they said it needed tires, brakes, front driver side strut, a lower control arm on passenger side and in to Finish it off the alternator went. The business is blaming me for parts going bad. The only issue with that is that it’s all rusted and spray painted over with black spray paint. The vehicle was never “road worthy” before selling it and wasn’t relooked over before being sold it was used as a rental before hand. The business is trying to charge me $1,800 to get all this fixed and inspected. To me that’s not fair as the customer since I have driven the vehicle less than 8 thousand miles, before it was due for an inspection. I have found another garage to do the work cheaper but as of right now I’m being charged $65 /day for one of their rentals it’s been not driveable for almost a month now and I have spent over a grand on renting the rental while my vehicle is being fixed. To me I feel as if this is unfair to me as the customer wasting all of this money when the vehicle should’ve been road worthy before being sold. I have talked to many other mechanics and they also said as well that it shouldn’t have ever been sold this pay and they’re just scamming me for money. I just want to protect other people from getting scammed as well from such a horrible dealer.

They sold me a 2009 **** ** I had the same problem over and over with the cam shaft sensor and crank shaft sensor I replaced three times and the check engine light kept coming on all while it was still in the warranty. I bought the car last April 2021 and ever since I had the car it had problems. I also found out there was a recall on the timing chain a couple months after getting it that I couldn't claim because it closed before I owned car I told them about that and they told me not there problem. Come to find out I need a timing chain replacement. Also when I had the car at the shop they told me I needed motor mounts and my oil was leaking and I had my car at there shop for oil consumption before and they handed me a paper from ****** stating its normal for turbos to consume so much oil at so many miles. Every problem I had with the car it mysteriously wasn’t covered under warranty my car has been sitting since may I believe right after I got it out of there shop after paying over 500 to get its fixed bc my check engine light came back on so I'm paying for a car that hasn't been running and it was still under warranty when I parked it and they didn't want to resolve the issue.
