    Horrible experience when buying a car here! Paid my mothers car off in January 2024. Didn't receive the title or registration. Called the place of business and they had said that the *** would be mailing them both out that day. 1st week of April received the registration but no title. Called April 22 to the business only to be told to go to a notary to see where the title is. Apparently March 24th the *** transferred everything but nothing was done since. Called the place of business AGAIN while at the notary. I was told since we had the registration that we didn't need the title. Not true. To sell a car you need the title! So not only did pay for the title once but twice because it wasn't their fault that it got lost in the mail and I needed the title. So I had to pay for a duplicate and wait another week!! Not very professional. They are scam business that preys on the less fortunate!! Buyers beware!

    Fraudulent business who charges customers for damaged vehicles the customer has not caused. I have been battling them for weeks over damage I did not cause. They failed to provide an estimate; instead, had a pre-damaged windshield repaired without notifying me or the insurance company. The business has a history of fraud as seen by numerous other negative reviews
