    We have paid for the Republican Herald newspaper and have not received the paper on March 25, 26, and 27th.They sent Saturdays and Sundays paper on Sunday only. We expect it to be delivered daily as agreed.We subscribed to this paper contingent on receiving it daily except for Mondays when it is not printed.What can we do to I sure that it is received daily as noted?

    We received no daily paper on 4-29-25 but on 4-30-25 we got both 4-29 and 4-30.  We received the other papers for this week usually late evening/afternoon, on the day they were published. Last week or so it was sporadic. We did not receive papers on 4-19, & 4-20, &   4-22. We got the paper late evening on 4-23. 
    on 4-24 we received 4-22 and 4-24.

    No paper on 4-26. We got 4-26 on 4-27 with 4-27 paper. 
    so overall it is a little better but is not consistent.

    We will call them again about getting credits.  We talk to a foreign agent who is polite but we never get contacted by the actual regional offices as she promised.
    Friends within a 20 mile radius have the same problems.

    I am on a yearly subscription for this newspaper. Delivery has been spotty at best. The last week and a half, I received only 1 newspaper. I called and was told that I could just look at it online. They will not refund me or credit me. I did not pay for online, I paid for home delivery. I told them to cancel my subscription and they would not do that either.

    I am paying $28.50 per month to have a newspaper delivered daily (Tuesday-Sunday). For the last few months I have gone numerous days at a time without receiving a newspaper. I have also gone to a newsstand to buy the paper (extra money on my end to read the news when it is current) but many times they havent received the paper to sell either. I have made numerous calls only to be told that the missed paper will be added to the end of my subscription. I have been promised a phone call back - each time - from the circulation manager but to date have yet to receive a call. I would like to speak with someone who can tell me what is going on & the reason for in-delivery. I am not the only person having this problem. My parents, uncle, mother-in-************ are not receiving the newspaper either.

    We subscribe to Republican Herald newspaper for Sat and Sun delivery only. We had had one delivery the entire month of August, on Wed. August 6th we received Sunday's paper. We did not receive Sun. Sept 1st paper either. Every day we do not get the paper, I call their home delivery ***** to tell them the problem. Most times it's an automated system but because it has happened so often, I now get to speak to a representative who tells me it will be taken care of. My account has been "credited" until Sept 28th (subscription ended Aug 25). Last Mon. Aug. 26 I called and asked to speak to the "person in charge" of circulation. I was told they would call me back in 24 to 48 hours. Never returned my call. I'm not sure if I want a refund for missing papers because I'm sure they would credit correctly. If I knew it was the correct credit, I would accept it.

    This newspaper misses delivery for weeks at a time.Then says credits your acct with another day added to your bill.Processed my credit card for ***** said will refund that was in May ******* refund and no papers.Mist of the subscribers in ********** are having same issue

    Get no paper yet take our senior citizen money out monthly from our bank accounts.Foreigners always stating escalate to find out problem but nothing happens. Theft of services. Bbb contacted 3 times with no response from parent company **************. $27/ mo rarely a paper and not delivered to apartment door (12 floors in senior HR).Contacted you x 3 with no help. Going on all over ************ at least since April 2024

    I pay to get a daily paper delivered to my residence. The newspaper, the Republican Herald, was recently bought by another newspaper out of the area. They sold all of their buildings here, and there is no place to go to talk to someone face to face. In the last month, I have been missing numerous newspapers. I call the home delivery number, which is an automated system. They take your information, tell you they will let them know, and say your account will be credited. Which never happens. I pay by the year, and there is no way they are crediting my account. This week alone I was missed the Sunday paper and Tuesday paper. Monday's paper is online only. Wednesday morning there was no paper in my box, and I called other numbers until I got to speak to someone. Sorry to say, the person did not speak good English, and that frustration of trying to get my point across, coupled with not getting three papers, ended in that person saying they were ending the conversation because you aren't allowed to say **** or h*** On Wednesday evening, I was checking my mail, and there were three newspapers in my mail box. They were the three papers I missed this week. Which is ridiculous. Who needs or wants papers after the fact. Old news. Then the next day, yesterday, there was no paper in the box. This morning I got today's (Friday) paper. But this is constant. Every week I am missing at least one paper. And them giving me that paper days later doesn't excuse them from doing their job. They will make the argument that I can read it online. Not everyone has computers and internet. I am not good at computers and don't read the paper that way. I paid for a newspaper to be delivered to me, and I don't feel I should be dismissed just because it is available to me online.

    Since our complaint was filed, we have heard nothing from the Republican Herald newspaper.   We started getting a paper every day, and thought the problem was resolved, but after a few days of getting the paper, they again were sporadic.   In the last week and a half, we have received a daily paper, but we never know how long that will last.   Our subscription is up in October and we have decided not to renew our subscription.

    Subscribe to Republican Herald newspaper and having difficulty receiving newspapers.Unable to talk to anyone regarding issue and they have outsourced to person from another country and there is language barrier. No local services available. *** called numerous times regarding 12 days of papers not delivered.(We were away and asked to hold them for 12 days and never received them) Almost every week one issue missed. Paid subscription up for I year. Very frustrating. We are seniors and look forward to newspaper daily.Please help us.

    I feel that the services have improved, but I would not say its resolved as of yet. We have had occasional missed papers since I have reported this issue, but not nearly as bad as it had been thank you kindly for your help

    April almost 2 weeks no paper under new company from ******** Pa. Resolved but not total credit.May24, June 1,2,4,5,6,7, 14 no paper. Asst ****** ****** told me carriers now are paid less and many quit although our rates in Feb (not even told) went from $22/month to $27/mo. Monday paper only online rest are physical paper.Nothing gets done. In my highrise full of disabled/ elderly paper put into open lobby if it comes. I have for the last 3 days delivered to the 7 of us in ************** . None today again and I also heard on some streets in **************** also. It is a theft of services provide to those on fixed incomes/ disabled- elderly. Nothing gets done and forget credit. Never is the total amount. Im already at the end of the month and they dont charge less or go into the next month.When calling get All foreigners with the same talking points. I had the assistant ****** return my call last week and shortly thereafter papers dropped off in doors ( open to public) by lobby. Many are stolen bc of inability or knowledge paper placed there. That is why a friend who arises early gave me the 7 and I delivered. Assist ****** stated going on all over Schuylkill county bc lack of carriers. There is no resolution with this company out of Scranton. The line given to me by ***** a foreigner was go online to republicanherald.com. I stated first many have no cellphones or computers 2nd we pay for a physical paper ( Monday is online). Please help remedy this as I am seriously considering stopping the paper.

    Filed 6/13/24 with you about theft of services from RH newspapers Again may 24 and 8 times early June no papers. April 2 weeks no paper and billed April 23$26. May 24 no paper and billed $27 on May 27. June . 8 papers not delivered one Sunday and costs more. Billed just now June 26. There is no credit and all foreigners you speak to reading sane script! **************** owns and also their numbers connect to all same foreigners! My money and others stolen When papers come to my HR, dropped off in open Lobby doors to general populace. I or a friend brings me them and I deliver to all the disabled in my building ( I too am disabled!) if I dont ppl steal the papers. You have not assisted in thus and has gotten worse.
